   One of the worst customer service. When we approached the staff for help, the only response I received was we don't do this, we don't offer that etc. No alternatives offered & I had to ask more questions to understand what my options are and only received arrogant response

   I spent half an hour wandering around the showroom recently. Not one salesperson appeared who I could approach for guidance. It was not a Saturday and the place was not busy. No one came to assist me even when I stood for ages waiting at the desk where someone was being served. I could see staff in office area but no one came out. So I left. Very poor customer service - won't be coming back. If you want to sell stuff, need to do a bit better than that!
