   Excellent experience yesterday from everyone I dealt with. A lady helped me secure a same day appointment then when I went back the Optometrist was superb. Knew about a condition I'd been diagnosed with and ordered another scan which I had immediately. Very knowledgeable. Then at the end I was assisted in choosing 2 x frames and they're also getting my glasses sent to a store closer to me. 5 stars guys. Thanks.

   My least favourite Specsavers store I've ever been to. Staff seem to avoid any customers coming in, and aren't very welcoming when they speak to you. Last time I went I only needed some of those silicon grip things to stop my glasses sliding down my face. The person who served me seemed so disinterested and bored throughout the transaction. Will definitely go to the Lunn Ave store in future, even though it's a bit further away!

   Lots of appointment times available when looking for a booking time, and being open on a Sunday was a great for me. Online booking was easy and the confirmation calls, a day before my booking a big help. Staff there were so welcoming and went above and beyond fixing a pair of glasses that was from another optometrist. Patient staff when my daughter struggled with putting in her contact lenses, made the difference of us coming back in the future and using the service.

   I visited Specsavers Sylvia Park this morning because I was feeling pain and pressure in my eyes, and it had been about six months since my last checkup. The staff member was kind, but unfortunately, no proper examination was carried out. I was quite surprised because every time I’ve had an eye test before, the optometrist spent more than half an hour doing a full and detailed checkup. Today, however, I was simply advised to use a warm, damp towel on my eyes and was charged $30 — without receiving a proper examination. I was a bit disappointed, as I had hoped for a full eye check to understand the cause of my discomfort. I would really appreciate it if Specsavers could review this case and ensure that customers with similar concerns receive a thorough examination in the future. Also, since I have already paid, I kindly request to be booked for a free eye checkup. Many thanks. Frough Samiei

   Hi there, I recently visited Kavin after years of not going to an optometrist. I was met with exemplary service, and cannot commend him enough. He was clear and articulate, and has made changes that have significantly improved my eyesight. He created a safe and comfortable environment for me to answer safely, and also ask any relevant questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist. Thanks!

   Three reasons i'm giving a low review. No.1 The lady doing the eye examination couldn't get the machine to line up with my eyes, she was complaining as if it was my fault. Eventually she got assistance to her lack of skill and manner. No.2 I was sold new glasses to replace my existing glasses, they are no different from my existing glasses, rather than being honest and telling me you don't need an upgrade, they will prescribe you a new pair to make the sale. No. 3 The cost of the glasses is really high, they have promotions, with discounts, however the final cost is still really high, the promotions are on hugely inflated prices, to make you feel like you got a deal, but look at the final bill. Expensive.

   Awesome store good people but one in particular I wasn't really happy with was the lady who dealt with my son's choosing of frame glasses. My son felt pressured instead of feeling freely to choose what he likes. Please make sure your team don't pressure customers to choose let them choose freely. That's the reason why people would not want to visit your store again, its due to what my son experienced not only did he felt pressured when choosing the frames for his glasses he received the wrong glasses instead of what he chose he received 2 pairs of the same type instead of what my son specifically chose on the day he walked in for an eye test!

   Specsavers was providing a very good discount when you were buying 2 pairs of glasses. The staff was very helpful and helped me to select the best frames and good lens. I had absolutely no issues with the Optometrist and staff, as they were so helpful and spent enough time for me for checkup and select lens. A great team to buy your next glasses. Highly recommended!
