He built 2 new decks, completely renovated a kitchen and downstairs bathroom (including new flooring throughout) plus a number of other tasks. He was always very prompt in arriving each day and communicated clearly his progress. “Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. I took a moment to compliment him on his incredible effort and mentioned how I’d noticed he hadn’t stopped working since I arrived. He responded with a polite smile and genuine appreciation. My mum and I both have accounts, and the staff has been incredibly helpful, especially on Saturday when they guided us through some of the new techy parts of the process. My mum struggles a bit with technology, but the team was so patient and made it all easy for her. At first, the new online system seemed a bit overwhelming, but now I actually prefer it. It’s so much easier than the old days of calling in for updates. Encore is truly a hidden gem! Every time I drop off clothes, I end up leaving with something new to add to my already full wardrobe. It fits perfectly in the Greek-temple style of the wooden mausoleum I build in my garden for the ashes of my deceased lovely wife for contemplation. Thirdly: The construction is perfect and putting it together was easy and intuitive (if you have done something like that before) it took me 15 minutes.
