   Love my local PaknSave in Hornby. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rare to find and you are all very much appreciated. From the shelf fillers, butchery, deli, check-out operators, lotto ladies, flower lady and management....all if you and sorry if I missed anyone out. You are appreciated

   This particular store is quite unique in that they a sell unusual items which you don't find in your typical Chch supermarket. If you're struggling to find something you may just find it in this supermarket.

   Great variety of fresh produce and products, with clean and spacious walkways. Prices are competitive and items are easy to locate. We picked up our groceries here before hitting the road. Parking was hassle-free too, we parked at the rooftop on a weekday around 3pm and there were plenty of lots available.

   Don't normally go to this pack n save. Today's experience was very poor. Carparking both in layout and design and lack of parks is bad. Store layout seems more cramped and difficult to navigate then other stores, lot of products out of stock. Quite a lot of miss leading or wrongly priced items. Prices missing from many things. Next time I'll certainly be going to a different store instead.

   During checkout, I purchased two 2L bottles of milk and one 1L bottle. However, I was charged for three 2L bottles instead. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the situation could have been resolved simply by refunding the price difference. Importantly, we had not even left the store when we noticed the error. We returned to the counter immediately, and the staff could clearly see the items still in our shopping trolley. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the store manager’s poor attitude. Instead of acknowledging the cashier’s mistake, the manager insisted that we had scanned the items incorrectly ourselves, which was not true. This accusation was not only inaccurate but also quite upsetting. Although the price difference was eventually refunded, the dismissive and accusatory attitude we encountered left us feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We hope that your team can handle such situations more professionally in the future.

   Cheaper but not going back on a Saturday morning during school holidays. Will never buy from their deli again. It pre-packed, dried up and horrible. Going back to a supermarket where I can say how much I want at the deli Don't but luncheon here even if the best by date is good. It's dried up and horrible. You can't just get half a dozen slices you have to buy a pre-packed amount. Not impressed not good

   Big store .. prices and offers are good shop there if u live nearby.. i love the drink asile specially products from coca cola . The way products are displayed and full utilization of shelve spaces what i liked.... helping both sides, extra sales for store and customers never leave the store empty handed mostly all the products are available
