I visited 3nd of July. I purchased a few things and after I got home I was checking something else in the receipt and I found that the red onion has twice paid. One of them was I weighed by myself and sticker on the bag $1.46 and other one was the chshier weighed again $1.47. It was wired. Every time cashier check inside of the paper bag to check same vege. I aware of that. But she did again and didn't correct that. That means she definitely knew that was wrong and just did let go. It is just $1.50. If she did make a mistake I don't care would not go back to refund, but I felt very offended. So I went back to the same store 7th of July Sunday. After finish my grocery shopping I approached to help desk to ask about that. There was a little bit dark skin middle aged man was serving someone else after that he asked me needs any help. So I showed him a receipt about that. After he realized it was wrong he said "everybody makes a mistake. I will refund it " and gave me $1.50. I said "it is not a mistake the cashier knew it was wrong but didn't corrected it. If I didn't find it I never noticed." I was going to speak more but he stopped me and said " you should check the receipt every time. You come back too late I can't find who she was. I will just refund for that. " ??? I got a upset. And told him. "Yes of course you have to refund it. I don't care who she was. I don't want any apology from her. She need to get a trained." And I walked away. I asked a other staff what is his position. She said he is duty manager for tonight. It was about 6pm 7th of July Sunday. The cashier didn't do her job well I remember she looked exhausted and no smile and to put the products not really organized( heavy, light didn't care). Didn't even check inside of eggs. If the manager got a right customer service in mind. He did apologize at the first and would promise me to train well staffs to make customers feel better. But he was.... huh. I don't know what to say I thought he wouldn't understand what I tried to say. Didn't even want to listen and rush. Looked irritated. Treated me as a feisty customer. I think the manager needs to get a train first. Sir. If you saw Asian people as a pushover, you picked the wrong person. Sorry **Lastly that day who did my grocery shopping check out her name was Izabella(?). She looked pretty young kiwi(?)girl. Dark brown longhair. She was serving with lovely smiles and did perfect job. even if she was slow. But She checked all items in the bag and checked inside the egg trays also well organized in the trolley. She seemed newbies but trying to do her best for her job!!! I don't mind how good they are. Most important thing is what they try to do. It is really shame, since the store moved to New location the meat quality was better, clean and closer. I was satisfied to visit there often. I am very disappointed what happened. I also leave this comment on the homepage to head officer but too long to put it. β---β---------------------------------------- Good price to shopping. Quite tidy and organized well. Since moved here meat quality is better than before.

We visited within the first month of its opening, so everything still looks new and well-managed. As the newest PnS branch in Christchurch, everyone would expect new shopping experience here. I don't see much difference from the other stores in the area as everything is quite standard apart from the fact that it is new. For the prices, I think, are generally similar to other branches although some are slightly more expensive. Items on promos can be bought for less price. One thing I don't understand is you need to ask the staff to open the door if we want to use the toilet. Shouldn't it be available for access without having to ask? Parking space is large and nice.

Many things are selling cheap here probably because they are just newly opened. One thing that surprised me was that, in the refill station, they have smoothie stuff which are protein powder, and superfood powder, which I couldn't find in other Park N Save, which I really need. Good job!

This is a really good place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The deli section is well priced and has a small but adequate selection. I go here rather than the overpriced cafes around the mall. It's smaller than Moorhouse one, so has smaller selection. Mainly the basics. Good parking options and there are many different parks available. Mall was buzzing on a Tuesday afternoon. This is a lifesaver if you don't want to lose an arm paying for overpriced food at cafes.

Great variety of items and very low prices. Very easy to fine my way around the store and a lot of items in special made the whole trip a lot cheaper. Will be going again.

Quite often busy. Prices ok. Generally stock a reasonable range but sometimes stock runs low. Parking is difficult and when needing to use lift is hard when people pile in and dont leave room for a trolley.

The workers were parked in the disabled car parks so me and my 76year old wife had to walk over 100meters to get in the store. The floor was disgusting inside the mince that my wife cooks for dinner has given us diarrhoea 25 out of 27 times we have gotten it. I know it would be hard to run a supermarket but it canβt be that difficult.

Racist staff. We 2 families visited this store, planning to buy 2 trays of eggs for the long holiday trip. While the instruction says 1 per household, the supervisor there shouted out at us with a racist manner and prevent us to buy 2 trays. She needs to understand how to behave nicely and needs to be educated immigrant is part of the economy, pays tax and makes the diversity of the country. The woman try to come back bullying us even she already finished her roster and out of responsibilities.

As a teacher I find the requirement for children (and only children) to leave their bags at the door highly questionable. Most of these bags have $500+ worth of stuff in them, and are not supervised or protected in any way. If I was one of those kids I'd be ignoring it, telling them where to go when asked, and complaining to the human right commision. Also interesting to see that only (adults) males are asked to have their bags inspected. Women have free range to bring whatever sized bag they like.
