It's about an hour away before you close and most of your produce has been put away for the night. You just lost $300 ish in sales. Please clean up your car park of rubbish
Nice little supermarket often has items others have run out of. Well laid out and clean
I visited this NewWorld today and Far Left Corner checkout counter young girl was unimpressed with the customer service. Today at around 5:03pm, I wasnβt being served by a young girl who seemed overwhelmed. However, what really took me aback was when she abruptly stopped serving me and told me to go to next counter. In a minute, she start attending the lady behind me without any explanation. When the supervisor intervened and asked her about the situation, she surprisingly didn't respond. As a customer, it's frustrating to be ignored and disrespected in such a manner. I hope the store takes steps to address these customer service issues and provides better training for its staff.
Easy layout. Friendly staff. Little more exspensive than In porirua city... but its sooo convenient and easy pop in and pop out. Good selection of fresh produce, can't think of a time I have not been able to find something I was looking for. Again simple in and out shop with no hassles. PLENTY of parking and dinner options around this area for a one stop shop.
Several New World stores in the community possess distinct and remarkable features. New World Whitby, for instance, boasts of its exceptional bakery. Utterly useless. By far one of rhe worst supermarkets I've ever visited. You're lucky if they ever have what you want and if they do its either not stocked or expired. Its like the place is run by teenagers with no ambition, and the staff would rather gasbag about all the teenage goss than assist shoppers. The only thing keeping this junker open is that fact there's no competitor nearby to shake them out of their stupor.
Good supermarket for our community. Can be a tad pricey at times but has different things to competitors supermarkets so is good to have the option between the 2 closeby. Fruit and vege section is always immaculately presented by the lovely dude who works in there almost wverytime I go, offering a smile even when he is busy. Good place.
Great shop, new products for dogs. Refill for eco friendly products Beautiful fruit and vegetables so fresh
