First time customer. Over 1k spent. Needed to return. Item was brand new undamaged unused. Return within 2 days. Refuses return because box opened. Read return policies. Cheap products. Cutthroat service. Will not waste another cent.
Beware - Misleading and Deceptive return policy I had been buying from Topmaq for years, but recently had an issue where I purchased a replacement engine. They did not have full dimensions online and it did not fit. When I tried to return it the following week, they informed me that they do not accept refunds on "clearance" items. This item was not marked as a clearance item in the store, on their website, or on my receipt. It is still for sale on their website. When I talked with the manager, the manager stated that they "do not have to accept anything back". There are other similar stores if you read the reviews, so this is not an isolated incident.
Great staff and service, turned up just after close to pick up a tractor graple and nothing was a problem, they got everything sorted, loaded me up, product seems solid, fully reccommend Topmaq!
They are unethical. Yesterday, I asked the assistant for a tank and pump and was brought a plastic tank and pump. Was advised that if they didn't suit the application, we could bring it back within 14days. Took them back within 24 hrs in the same condition as we received them. The first assistant said there was a problem, and called the manager. The manager refused to accept the tank back as it was on special, of which this was the first time I was hearing of it. So for a few dollars they are prepared to lose our business. Which they have done. " penny wise pound foolish" should be their motto, it is such a pity I had to even give one star to be able to do this review. So now I have a brand new plastic tank which is totally useless to us.
My first time shopping here and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I like the website with good descriptions and specs too. I was quite excited to get such good items at the great prices.
The products are good but staff do not know what they have so difficult to judge what you are buying before it arrives. e.g. Power float had no indication of what blades were included and motorised barrow gives no indication of volume of liquid concrete it can carry.
I have installed two of the units and they've only been in a month so far but at this stage they are operating well. They arrived quickly and were easy to install and set up. The second one didnt work on the remote at first so I had to program it several times and eventualy it worked.
As an online purchaser only, I have been most impressed by the proficiency, competence and efficiency of this company. The pricing is fair, the products great to use, are what they say they are, and do what they say they do. Many thanks. Cheers, Vic
Mini Drill Stand - The item was not packaged at all. It arrived just in it's own original box with a courier sticker plonked on it. The box lid wasn't even taped shut. The return spring is not strong enough to support a standard type drill properly. It sags at near the top of its travel. To top it off the courier left the box out in the rain under a bush rather than under cover by the door where every other courier leaves stuff.
Fast and thorough service. Product was as pictured and described. Very happy with the end result.
