Very misleading store. Went into to buy a dishwasher on sale $549.00. They have to get it in and will take two weeks. That is fine but as they don’t store them you have to pay $65 for it to be delivered. Well then it is not $549.00 but $614.00 a joke.
I had the worst experience from the very racist staff who the minute I walked in they trolled me all over the store asking me what I wanted.. I couldn’t check cosmetics or shop in peace one lady ended up telling me that I can just walk around and admire things if that’s what I came for!!! I came to buy my lip care and an air fryer and when I went to pay at the counter they had the audacity to still ask me if I will pay! Really!!!I have held an account with yourselves for two year now and get cosmetics from you and she was still trying to explain how I can access my account really???? Farmers Richmond Get CIVILIZED staff at your store. You’ve hired uncouth and indecent staff who are Racist! They NEVER trolled any other client in the store! This is a very RACIST store!!!and I will report the incident to the authorities for investigation.
Went to Farmers in Richmond. Vision impaired so was having trouble finding what I wanted. about to walk out when an assistant asked how I was. She then went on to help me find what I wanted, made sure it fit properly and checked if it was what I wanted. Brilliant above and beyond service. Thank you for making a difficult task easier.
Probably pay to check special prices deals online before shopping instore. Ella J products advertised as buy 1 get 1 half price, got a jumper and blouse that both went through at full price. When questioned I was told the jumpers were 2 for $99 and excluded from the deal. Nowhere could I see any advertising on the jumpers that said 2 for $99. I felt the staff member on the checkout was a bit condescending and made me think I should have known what the deal was. I imagine store advertising is the same across all stores, it's clear online but not in-store. So 1 star for staff service and advertising.
Staff up stairs in the nursery department today seemed too busy chatting to each other to acknowledge a 34month pregnant lady who needed some products. Old fashioned service goes a long way.

Online order. Be aware when you order online the item comes from Farmers Auckland store. I placed an order 22/23 Dec 22. (yes late in time for Christmas), but I was surprised it wasn't ready until 5 Jan 23.
Great selection of things for such a small store. A little crammed in some areas but still manageable to walk through. The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and the place is always tidy and well lit. Will be coming here to shop for years to come.
Place is so peaceful and it has a variety of choices, prices are normal, attendance is up to the top. Quality service
