“Customer service has really been below average in most places, but not Kookai Sylvia Park. Genuinely the team were exceptional and it’s been a month since I visited (12th October) and I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed. I was greeted when I walked in, they gave me a hand finding styles and sizes, when I was in the fitting rooms they were so helpful with recommendations. They weren’t overly pushy and still gave me space as a shopper. 10/10”

“I visited the Sylvia Park Pandora store and was helped by Christa. Despite being busy and working on her own that day, she still provided excellent service. She was helpful, patient, and made sure I was looked after. Really appreciated her professionalism and kindness it was a much better experience compared to what I had at the Newmarket store. “Fabulous meal, loved the buffalo wings and wedges and the mains were great. Ribs falling off the bone and delicious Angus burger and chicken burger, a little surprised by the brisket as it was a slice and just thought there'd be a little more, but overall a great meal and very inexpensive due to doing it through the First table experience.”

“Walking the length and breadth of Sylvia Park mall with a four year old on a busy day does burn a lot calories. I prefer to start this ritual with a cup of good coffee and a light snack. I made one such stop at majestic tea bar recently and I must admit - me and my family really enjoyed it. We ordered a flat white, couple of hot chocolates and feta spinach roll. Both the hot drinks were amazing. Kudos to the folks at the counter - it was a busy day yet they were very courteous and service was reasonably fast. To me the roll was a winner - it came out with fresh salad and a sauce. Great value for money. Highly recommend this place. Will be back to try out other items.”

“I stayed for 2 nights at Takanini Park Motor Lodge and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager who went out of the way to make sure everything was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with easy parking. Definitely going to stay here again in the future...”

“Cheap hotel with a great location next to Hagley park. Easy check in and out with a friendly staff. Bathroom looked recently renovated. Bed was comfy and clean. Near to nice restaurants (recommend Thai orchid) and a 24 hour convenience store.”

“My go to place for coffee especially before work! Or between breaks. Location is perfect I’m a regular customer at The Coffee Club in Sylvia Park, and I always come back because of the consistently great service — especially from Janette. She’s warm, friendly, and always makes sure my coffee is made just the way I like it. Her professionalism and genuine customer care really stand out. The whole team is lovely, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the service is always prompt. Highly recommend this location if you’re after great coffee and amazing service. Janette and the team truly make every visit enjoyable!”

“I stay there regularly due to work. I find there is no noise from nearby railway line. I've had no issues with anyone there, either staff or residents , have found them all to be very friendly. Enjoy my stay.”

“Really grateful for the help I received from the team today. I mentioned that an elderly family member had a dental issue and they went out of their way to ensure that the meal put together was soft enough to chew and even paired my meal with a complimentary bowl of sauce to soften the chew. I’ve never received such incredible customer service in NZ. Ngā mihi.”

“Allenby motel is in the ideal spot in terms to two great shopping malls. Hunters Plaza shopping mall is 10 minutes walk. In the other direction is Manukau shopping mall is 20 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right outside the motel. There is a great skate park inside the park.”

“Only went through drive through on my way up north but there was next to no wait and the staff even double checked what I ordered before handing me my food and there was definitely no complaints with the food I received. Loved it.”

“I booked a room as I was meant to stay there while attending a wedding but unfortunately I fell ill and was not able to attend this was the day before my booking and so the lovely people at Park lodge allowed me to cancel my booking with out charging me which I truly appreciate and would definitely stay there in the future.”

“I am not sure about the negative reviews by other peeps out there but my online experience for JDSports so far is second to none! I purchased 2 Jordan from them and the shoes were delivered 2 days after. The second one was ordered like 9-10pm and got processed literally 5am following morning! I am impressed on how quick they dispatched it! I ordered the same shoe from FL waited for the timer to become available only to find out a day after that all of my size were OOS (the only lesson I've learn is FL online ordering sucks) TLDR; superb online ordering and got the shoes 2 days after! Highly recommend!”

Beautiful mature trees and tranquil setting with we'll maintained walkways and a magical waterfall next to a long flight of stairs which takes your up to a children's playground and an outdoor Adults gym.”

“Bell Rock at Boundary Stream is the most insanely beautiful place in New Zealand that almost nobody has been to. Even local people, I show photos to, and they are stunned. It's like New Zealands Grand Canyon, amazing rock forms. The bush walk to it is also surreal, almost deafening number of birds. An absolute magic place.”
