   I ordered a bowl with chicken and rice. The chicken pieces were way too big, and I had to cut them smaller using my hands, and by the time I finished the bowl there was still heaps of rice that had none of the sauce on it. I still love Katsubi, the person who took my order was really kind, will come back again.

   Brought same food last week. It was really nice and the service was great. Ate this week and all rice, rude, smaller portion (smaller container) and less food. I'm never going again . $16 for white rice and tiny bit of meat. I got ripped off. Don't go there is my recommendation.

   says here opens at 9 a.m. went here quarter to 10 a.m. but staff says they're not ready yet and this happened twice already it's frustrating. Their price increase doesn't justify the food portion and the choices are limited with fried chicken in 3 different sauces. Tried to order Udon thrice and it's always unavailable.

   Don’t know why the ratings are so rough but the two times I’ve been I’ve been greeted kindly by staff, happy with a very decent portion size and super customizable options. I believe costs have gone up slightly but that’s to be expected with the RCOL (too overhears this phase so I’m making a short form rn). Their crunchy pork, pork kimchi, beef are super tasty and I’ve always enjoyed my meal. Hope other can have a good experience like I have!
