   Went to get dinner for my family, left without checking bag, they forgot a big mac for my hunger buster and Gave my wife a mcchicken instead of a hot honey mcCrispy. Drove all the way back and waited for my big Mac while the rest of my meal went cold. I paid 65 dollars for 3 combos, I shouldn't pay just to double check that yous do your job right and make sure everything is there.if its on the receipt it should be in the bag.

   Yo. Whoever is the guy running the mic on Christmas eve going onto 10 in the evening. Dudes a beast. Really professional intercom manner. And the maori lady in the grey shirt. You run a great shift, ESPECIALLY for peak periods. And also the white lady that cleans during the day is an understated boss. It looks to me like she has a bad leg but she still does an amazing job. Neat little team you guys have. Merry christmas

   Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to, longest wait for McDonald's I've had, the fries were cold and my coke tasted watered down (ice probably melted during my wait), Burger buns were stale and to top it all off they had some kind of meeting running in the middle of the restaurant testing out some kind of mop or vacuum cleaner to what looked like store managers, seriously not what I want to see or hear while I'm eating my food. Extremely unprofessional

   Only went through drive through on my way up north but there was next to no wait and the staff even double checked what I ordered before handing me my food and there was definitely no complaints with the food I received. Loved it.

   If zero star were an option trust me!!! The driveway way is empty but they can't wait to tell you to park and wait for ages for an ice cream or a hot chocolate. Today no different, they shoved us to the side we parked up and waiting for 10 minutes, nobody came out. This is why people continually look down on South Auckland, the standards of everything are low, from cleanliness (look at the windows in the drive thru) customer service: "can you park at the next window " slams their window shut. Then make you wait for 10 minutes for a soft serve.

   Never ever order from this McDonald’s in Auckland they simply don’t care about any food requirements or customer requirements constantly receiving food from them cold or half pie made and all over the place same with ubering from them can’t do their job properly and defz ain getting what you pay for, fix your staff clendon McDonald’s!

   Staff seemed stressed. Got my McCafe drink before food - then when collecting food they gave me another drink by mistake. Floors & tables not clean. Cleaned the table with wipes I had in my bag and kicked chips away on the floor to sit down and eat. Customers looked annoyed waiting for order. One staff member yelled out order numbers with a grumpy face. Don't know if drive through was a better option, might have been rolling a dice getting better service.

   FRIDAY 05/05/2023 8.15 PM I recently had a BAD experience at McDonald's (CLENDON) drive-through window that left me extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and missing items from my order. It was a disappointing experience that I would not like to repeat. The staff members ( LADY COULDN'T CATCH HER NAME) at the drive-through window was not providing the level of customer service and was very rude knowing she made a error in the order. She made me checked my order twice not believing its missing a item which i paid for. Finally after the third check she realised actually the item was missing. Plus touching all the food bare hands.She was not friendly or efficient which made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I understand that fastfood restaurants can be busy but that is not an excuse for poor customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and kindness regardless of how busy the restaurant is.Moreover there were missing items from my order which added to my disappointment. It is the responsibility of the staff to ensure that the orders are accurate and complete before handing them over to customers. The fact that items were missing from my order shows a lack of attention to detail which is not acceptable in any business.Overall I was disappointed with my experience at McDonald's tonight. The poor customer service and missing items from my order left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope that McDonald's takes responsibility for this and ensures that its staff members are properly trained to provide excellent customer service and to double-check all orders before handing them over to customers. As a customer I expect to receive the service and products that I pay for and it is the responsibility of the business to provide that.

   The absolute Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff looks like they’re being held there at gunpoint. The food is horrid. They can never even get a coffee order right. Please do yourselves a favour and shut it down or get some staff that can actually handle working at a McDonald’s. Absolutely sick of this place
