Ordered some hotcakes during Christmas Eve in the morning. Wait time was super long but I understand as it is a busy season. What isn’t acceptable however, is having my food delivered stone cold. I asked for hotcakes not cold cakes. Furthermore, I explicitly mentioned to replace the hashbrown with some fries. No surprise when I got the hashbrown instead.
Was busy as. Deals going around in the Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and it was so lovely to see people being out and about. We have had few combo meals from here.
Absolute utterly ridiculous.! We order TWO frozen cokes and do you know what we received ??? As you can see from the picture it’s 100% ice wil a splash of coke it’s so over frozen that we can’t even sip out of the straw it literally taste like fresh freezer burn
Just had a really good soft serve, the guy working at the sweet station definitely slayed his job, the ice cream was all the way down to the bottom of the corn. And the choc top was super crunchy. I’m a super introvert person, otherwise I will compromise it in person.
The manager on at 7.50pm on Thursday the 3rd was not nice at all. She’s fully looked at me and completely ignored me when I had a question and I had to wait 12 minutes for a frozen coke… it’s not that hard to have customer service.
Went to get myself a meal, was served by Tyler. Excellent Service by this gentleman and he also made sure the quality control was up to standard. If you're reading this Tyler, big ups and keep doing what you do, because its best McDonald's service I have ever had! From the bro who had 4 nuggets.
Hey I’m not trynna be rude but I ordered an egg&bacon burger but got no egg in it. The cold coffee is also very sweet it’s like drinking syrup. Happened more than once in the morning so I don’t recommend having breakfast here.
Normally McDonalds are good but our last visit at lunchtime was a horrible experience. We waited 25 minutes and when the food arrived half of it was cold and was also missing chips. Clearly not fast food, they should not be taking orders when they know they can deliver quickly.
A well oiled machine! Given the foot traffic, and only having a couple of tills, I think they do really well here. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was prompt. Can’t complain at all! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales
