   Always get to buy the Crispy Chicken Double Combo. Tastes so nice and Service by Staff is always on point. Good variety of food options they have to chose from. Highly recommend them. Service again so amazing upon another return.

   I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. The manager, Anna, appears extremely dissatisfied in her role, and it shows in both the way she trains her staff and how she interacts with customers. The portion sizes are consistently inadequate, and she does not seem equipped to handle customer concerns professionally. Taco Bell, please address this issue — her conduct is negatively impacting your brand’s reputation.

   I rarely do negative reviews however this experience was awful. Im vegetarian and ordered the black bean taco. Opening my order, I was greeted with a meat taco. I took it back to complain and the front counter staff were very apologetic but it was the fault of the two staff working the back end. The food tasted meh. There was no ringing of the happy bell from me. ☆ 1 star rating

   Absolutely loved my visit to Taco Bell Sylvia Park! I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and Cantina Bowl combo, and it did not disappoint. The quesadilla was perfectly grilled with a generous amount of tender chicken and just the right amount of spice. The Cantina Bowl was fresh and packed with flavor — the mix of rice, beans, veggies, and guac hit the spot. I also got a side of large nacho chips and a Coke Zero — classic combo. The chips were warm, crispy, and went great with the dips. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean with a good vibe. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m at Sylvia Park. Highly recommend if you're after a quick, tasty, and satisfying meal!

   We visited on a busy Friday holiday evening when they were short staffed. However, the young crew were excellent; they explained the wait and did all they could to manage a stressful time. The meals were as good as could be expected, Great value for money and tasty. The staff had their hands full but did a great job. Well done, thanks for the meal.

   This taco bell is way better than the one in Auckland city. Even though there is a lack in staff, this doesn’t hinder the food they make. The tacos they make are delicious and the chocodilla wrap is soft and chewy. The burritos they have are also really good. The crunchwrap they made are also extremely good.

   Slightly disappointed, nothing compares to the Taco Bell in the states. Though the store is tidy and clean. The taste of the food were quite bland and lack of flavour. There were a lot of rice in the burrito, but unfortunately couldn’t quite taste the meat in it… Overall, i would not visit again.
