I have rated this place 1 star is because I got eaten alive with bed bugs. Yes. Bed bugs. All over my legs, arms, hands, back and neck. The rooms are infested with bugs, cockroachs, cicadas and spiders. The rooms are cold and have no extra pillows or blankets. The staff are rude and disrespectful and the walls are definitely not sound proof at all. I stayed at this place for a week and the room was only serviced once. They then told us days before we left they were keeping the bond we had to pay because the rooms weren't clean?? Clearly not clean before we got there hence the bedbugs. Overall I had a terrible stay at this place with nothing good to say about it.

Do not recommend this place for long term. Was put in a room with no windows just a door. like a storage room was so hot in there had to ask for another room.Which I found anti psychotic pill left by cleaner on kitchen chair that a child could of got hold of it. You don't get much for 350$ a week and pay extra for showers. Sheik is rude and not helpful. Do not waste ya money here!! It nothing like the photos pool and spa closed.

i parked my RV in this space for (up to ) 3 month from MAY24. Much deliberation on facility management here .... the rules are not pre provided. You need to ASK for these Really?! they do provide a page on community 'peace on earth'. But how do you run the showers? how do the gates REALLY work? Parking is concluded but not evident. do not rely on the information provided by Park facilitator. Ask for the information from the Park Management ONLY!!!!!!!

Stayed 1 night in motorhome. $40 per night which is reasonable for the location in the city. $1 for token to operate shower for 9 minutes. Showers and kitchen very clean. Some noise up to 11pm. Convenient place to stay before returning hire vehicle. 30 mins to airport off peak (midday). Quite confined spaces and roads. Not suitable for very large motor homes and caravans. Mine 7m long and that was about Max size. Has free dump point.

Expensive for what it is and have to pay wifi and laundry on top first place to ask for bond and references for a motel room as well but all in all tho it works well no issues so far

Unfortunately due to covid and other sickness they were short staff and had closed the pool and the TV/games room was only open 9 till 3. But the playground with a trampoline and fort had our daughter entertain for hours. The manager was amazing to deal with.

This park is very poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms were disgusting old and smelly. Don't go by the photos this place is nothing like it. The floor was un even beds were shocking. I am not sure how they can get away with false advertising and the state of the place.

Quite overpriced for what you Don't get. Bed was the old wire wove that sagged badly into the middle, a Para rubber foam 4in mattress, no milk for even 1 cup of tea,1 power point at the opposite side of the room, you had to pay for a shower, maybe we were overtired, and prices have increased everywhere but $180 was a bit steep.

I have stayed at this holiday park 3 times previously over the last 2 years & been in upstairs rooms which I haven't had a issue with. This time I stayed in a Unit downstairs. The room smelt musky, the shower drainage was bad. When you had a shower, the water was not draining properly which meant that you were just standing in a puddle of water. We went to the communal Shower after that, that was better than the room. They only supply 1 pillow per bed, and it is just a budget thin pillow. I went to reception to ask for some more pillows. The pullout couch had a single mattress propped up behind the couch which was too small for the pullout couch. No pillows or blanket in cupboard to use, I had to go to reception to ask. Their response was that people take them, not sure how that is the next guests problem. Pullout couch was very uncomfortable. No room servicing for your stay & you have to take your towels to reception if you want to swap for clean ones. You also have to pay a bond of $100. I have noticed that in the last 2 years, the standard has gone down & I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
