   Huge shoutout to Seren at Pandora Sylvia Park! She was honestly amazing and took her time getting us set up with our charm bracelets and helped us pick out charms without ever making us feel rushed. She was super patient, really helpful, and ultimately just lovely. You could tell she actually cared about making sure we were happy with what we chose. We all left so happy with our bracelets. Pandora Sylvia Park is seriously lucky to have her!!

   I recently visited this store and had an unpleasant experience that left me feeling racially profiled. An older lady with glasses walked out of the office area. I could hear her asking the other staff what I was doing, even though one of the younger workers had already spoken to me and knew I was just browsing. Despite being told this, she still came over to ask if I needed help again. I’m not naïve. I recognise this kind of behavior for what it is. It’s disheartening that in this day and age, people still treat customers differently based on assumptions. Experiences like this are exactly why so many people prefer to shop online, to avoid these uncomfortable and discriminatory interactions. I am travelling on a holiday though so will wait until I return home to my country to buy what I was going to purchase from a store that’s welcoming. On a positive note, the younger staff members working at the time were absolutely lovely and kind, which I truly appreciated.

   I visited the Sylvia Park Pandora store and was helped by Christa. Despite being busy and working on her own that day, she still provided excellent service. She was helpful, patient, and made sure I was looked after. Really appreciated her professionalism and kindness it was a much better experience compared to what I had at the Newmarket store. Thank you, Christa!

   Second time I've visited this store, purely located quite close to my residence. However Disappointing... Customer service or lack of contributes to the ever so long wait to be served. Twice now, waiting to be served 10mins plus both times. This is definitely my last visit.

   Had a great experience in store. Went in to get some jewellery cleaned and was helped by Isabel, she got the jewellery cleaned so quickly and also helped me find some gorgeous earrings. She was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Also had a nice chat with the other worker there - didn’t catch her name but she was also wonderful! Always love coming here :)

   We don't visit this store often but you can guarantee I will not be visiting again. My wife went in and was served after 20 minutes just to have her bracelet exchanged. The staff on the floor seemed unhappy to be there. There were no smiles or welcomes which was a let down because our usual store (Manukau) is very welcoming. After reconsidering while we were still at the mall, she decided to return the exchange for her original bracelet back. The casual staff were useless and did not know how to process the return. Took the bracelet and the receipt, made her wait 30 minutes while we have 2 little kids with us. And when I kindly asked for answers and how long it'll be. Their words were "I cannot give you a time-frame, we are on the phone with the manager, we don't know the process and are short staffed". During our enquiry and frustration another girl had the audacity to say "just chill, I'm processing the return now". We don't have time to chill while we have kids with us, waiting for you to do your job. Fix the attitude and learn to smile. We finally got out original bracelet back and left. Worst service ever. Pandora: Either get your manager on board during weekends, train your staff better or hire someone who give a damn about the customers. Complaint has also been filed on your website.
