May I just state that this is a very very very rude and disgusting disrespectful campus to thier students straight after they take thier money they claim to support the students yet have shown me no support what so ever the main problem in this campus is Claudine who’s been utterly rude towards me I wish they can treat me with a little more respect since I have payed so much.

This campus is not supportive at all. I enrolled for course in health care industry won’t name specific course name tutor was so bad talking very fast couldn’t understand him. Toilet was always dirty no hot water for students, coffee at cafeteria taste yak hot chips were cold price for each is $4 total rip off. Only one microwave for so many students to use. Building was very cold students were complaining very cold. Course structure is not structured properly teaching Level 5&6 at Level 3 which is entry level. Admin staff are not at all helpful. Finally I had to withdraw from the course. Will not recommend to anyone!!seems money making only.

Had a site tour of the complex with the reception who was really welcoming and lovely to chat with in regards to the different facilities and levels of training courses available for training. I would highly recommend it

I heard about the Pre-Police level 3 course through a friend, sounded amazing and it genuinely was until not even halfway through it the current campus manager replaces our experienced (years of experience) tutors with a hospitality staff, they couldn’t have waited until our course finished? It’s only 16 weeks… There was no consideration to the students and how this would affect us, not only education wise as we had to restart assessments, take our learning into our own hands as the new staff had no idea how to teach this class (the students were organising and running their own tests when we should be entirely focused on doing our best through those tests). Trying to adjust to a new teaching style of a hospitality teacher and trying to form a new bond when theres no correlation between their cooking strengths and our drive to join the force is incredibly hard. Career-wise the passion to join the force was lost. Being handed a word search is a joke, so many weeks wasted. More than half the students that started have left after this incident. If you choose to go here consider this, are you okay with just being another statistic of theirs that pays the fees or would you rather go somewhere where they prioritise your future, goals and help in your best interest. If so skip out on NZMA and make your experience worthwhile somewhere else. Disappointed.

I'm an alumni from this course and in hindsight, for an LCQ/hospitality acquisition, they prey on the ill-informed and disadvantaged locals to join under the impression of "You don't need to pay your student loan back until you make XXX figures per year" when really, you can just buy the license itself directly for a much smaller sum elsewhere which less time it takes to acquire. Otherwise, international students? You poor things.

This is a horrible college. They don't even listen to the problems of the students, don't even understand the situation if the student is in problem, will fail you continuously. Earlier the campus manager was good but now the new campus manager is totally merciless. I personally don't recommend this college to anyone.

This is an incredible learning facility. I'm a cookery student here and I've learnt a lot during my time here, the staff are nice and very approachable, the classes here are fun and the tutors are very understanding and help you to the best of their abilities. I've made many new friends here, met new people from different countries and even with that; I continue to learn more about the world. I see from a lot of the other reviews, which definitely have a conflict of interest or issues with discrimination, that a lot of negative things go on behind the scenes but I've never seen that kind of stuff during my time here, which has been for a few months. I'm going to continue being educated at this facility and I know in my heart that I'll have the best time and learn about a ton of more stuff that will help me to pursue a career in the culinary world.

Worst college ever Supposed to finish my course dec 2018 But still haven't finished halfway of the course. I am stuck with studying with this college, having to re apply student Visa again and again wasting my time and money. Would not recommend any more potential international students to this fraudulent school. Authorities should investigate this college and take action. Waste of my money Can't be believed this is happening in New Zealand Hate this college Worst service ever.!!
