“Recently had my first time shopping at Tatty's and as a local I can't believe what I've been missing out on! Beautiful second-hand clothing, great atmosphere and the staff are superstars. I came in looking for an outfit that for an event I am attending this weekend and I was provided with such outstanding customer service. I forgot to ask her name but the young lady with the facial piercings helped me find some absolutely stunning options, the store was quite busy and I was extremely grateful that she took the time to give me a hand and provide such lovely conversation. I will be back soon to shop and drop off some of my clothes, thank you for the new treasures!”

Beautiful range of clothing especially the linen dresses pants and tops and Elm and Foxwood casual range .Will also source anything from their other shops and recommended Bev the wonderful lady that does alterations.”

“I couldn't find any clothing price from $12 up. I found the clothing clean and reasonable price. Starting from $5 up $15. They also have designers clothing which is reasonable again as it is a big saving from what would be in shops over $900. And the comment made below is not true. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

Despite stock issues and a few complications during Black Friday week I felt like the team there were making a conscious effort to make it work for me and that I was walking out with the best possible outcome. “Can have very over priced items. Especially when you can find some items cheaper brand new. Eg Shien and Kmart brands. Otherwise has a great collection of goodies.”

“Note that all the bad reviews seem to be really old :) I had an awesome experience in store today. I'm autistic, and find the mall to be super stressful and overwhelming. Max was by far the most chill shop I went into - the layout is spacious and easy to navigate, quiet music, beautiful products, great sale prices. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly too, without being in your face about it. 10/10 recommend shopping here!”

I went today to look for a blouse the beautiful ladies went above and beyond to help me out. They also did blouse alterations for free where as other shops charge extras for alterations. “Just a shout out to the very polite and friendly girls working last Saturday when I asked one of the girls for some help finding a certain garment she was so helpful and then when I went to pay for my purchases the young girl serving was polite asked how my day was going etc very pleasurable experience.”

I usually find a bargain and a treasure or two. I recently purchased my favourite bag, which was handmade by a volunteer and I get so many compliments!!!”

“Just like the other luxury brand Louis Vuitton, Gucci they always have staff at the door to greet you when you visit the store. Current this Gucci Store is still under renovation to fight for better brand awareness and positioning.”
