   I had a lovely experience in store yesterday, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she had brown hair and she was tall. She was so friendly and helpful providing great advice on my Taylor sport leggings that are faulty, will definitely be back

   Went into this store today for my friend to look at some shoes. We browsed around the store and went up to this woman asking for a particular size is shoe to which she answered straight away that they did not have that size. Fine, not a problem. She then walks off and we go to the counter shortly after to ask if she could check if another store had them, while looking them up I ask if I could put the now empty cup of my finished frozen yogurt in their bin, the lady pauses, looks me up and down with a sour look on her face, hesitates and snarls yes.. I look at my friend with confusion but pop the cup in the bin. She then tells us no other store have the shoe. We go to walk out and I kid you not, this woman turns and opens the bin, pulls out my yoghurt cup and with absolute disgust on her face walks out of the store to another bin outside and puts the cup in there then walks back inside. I mean if you had some issue with me using your bin for the intended purpose of a bin then I guess that is fine but just ummm… just say no.… instead of making me feel like vermin. Clearly Stirling Sports does not care at all about the state of the customer service at this store given other reviews too. Disgusting behaviour really.

   Very poor customer service. Ordered a gift voucher for nephew living in NZ which was to be emailed. All sorts of hoops to prove we had paid for it?! Then cancelled!? DO NOT BOTHER with these people. Spend your money elsewhere!

   Had a sizing issue with something gifted to me. Despite stock issues and a few complications during Black Friday week I felt like the team there were making a conscious effort to make it work for me and that I was walking out with the best possible outcome. Straight to the point and clearly knew what she was doing. Receipt said her name was Ella so thank you! Didn’t catch the guy’s name.

   I have been into Stirling sports Riccarton twice now in the last week and they have have left the metal detector tags on my clothes both times and been having to remove them at home as I’m not going to be travelling all the way back to just get tags removed

   Arrived from Sydney today hoping to buy $5,000 worth of gears for a video shoot in Christchurch tomorrow, only to be told at the door that I had to either take my hat(Jordan A frame) off or turn it backwards, and my son wasn't allowed to wear his beanie inside the shop!!! Now.... If I was going into a night club or RSA... I would understand... But a sports shop.... Really?...Just wow. But it was ok to wear the face mask that covers half of my face.... Figure that one out. It was Stirlings loss and Rebel sports win today fortunately. For great customer service, go to Rebel Sports Westfield Riccarton shop 406/129.
