   I was greeted by this beautiful and amazing young girl named Grace. If they have multiple Graces, I’m talking about the Tongan one. 10/10 and probably some of the best customer service I have ever received in a while. She made me feel really welcome in the store and helped me look for sizes as well as offering advice as I was shopping. I am definitely coming back if Grace is working.

   Always feel really uncomfortable going into Glassons in queensgate because the staff are very rude/act like they are too good to be interacting with you. Had to exchange something and the staff member made me feel like it was a huge chore. Do better Glassons

   Just a shout out to the very polite and friendly girls working last Saturday when I asked one of the girls for some help finding a certain garment she was so helpful and then when I went to pay for my purchases the young girl serving was polite asked how my day was going etc very pleasurable experience.

   Always feel racially profiled when I walk in. They’re not exactly subtle about it either, looking at me and my sister then at each other and talking in their dumb little headsets. Following us around & when we finally came up to the counter to pay you all looked at each other and nodded. I know the stealing procedure / tactics (changing room counting, following, watching etc) as I’ve worked in retail before… Will not be shopping here again :)))

   not impressed with the customer service when going help my daughter buy a bra. having not been in store before unaware of how the changing room works.... no nice words just how many garments... then not two people in the change room. customer service 101. only 2 of 4 were nice.

   It was a terrible experience! My friend was accused of stealing clothes from the store with no proof or evidence. It's quite shocking that the employee decribes her as being 'sus'. They checked our bags, which had nothing in them, and then with no evidence left they said we could leave Also many other employees were very rude and had no clue what they were doing. I would seriously suggest that consideration is taken into changing the employees, or more customer service training is given. Overall you won't be seeing me at that store again.
