   I entered Under Amour today through the main entrance where a male staff member was being rude and degrading towards a young female co-worker. This interaction was disgusting and unprofessional, especially when it took place at the shops entrance for anybody to see. Staff should NOT be treated like this full stop.

   The management of this store needs to address the repeated concerns in customer reviews. Multiple people, including myself as a long-time UA supporter, have noticed poor customer service compared to other branches. Staff rarely greet customers, never say hi back or smile, and often appear annoyed to serve even when thanked politely. This pattern is consistent across several team members, not just one. Feels like they were told to be like that. The store manager should take these concerns seriously and work on improving the customer experience.

   Came in yesterday to do some shopping with my family and was not happy with the service. Completely ignored, staff were rude and did not help me at all. A big under armour shopper but will not be back.

   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on Saturday. Upon entering, I observed a male staff member engaged in conversation with other staff members while seated. I was not greeted upon arrival. When I approached the counter to be served, the male staff member was rude to me. I believe the staff needs additional training in customer service to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and professionally.

   Usually a big time supporter of Under Armour, not today. Bought myself a nice black hoodie for the gym and loved it. Put it through a cold wash as per the tag and it shrunk. Tried to take it back to exchange it and was told “sorry we can’t exchange it as you haven’t washed it correctly and it looks like it’s the same size as the others.” The hoodie most definitely is not the same size as the other hoodies as the other hoodies fit and this doesn’t fit anymore and comes halfway up my arms! Not happy at all. Do better Under Armour

   Dressmart smart deals page listed outlet store as "take an extra 40% off all footwear" T&C applies. And signs thru shop saying the same. Went to buy slides and they were excluded. Nowhere online or instore is the T&C listed. This is bait advertising.

   It would be nice if they alert customers regarding surcharge if using paywave. You will be surprised you have paid extra $1.50 after checking your receipt.

   Gear is great but shipping from Australia to NZ is a joke. Ordered 9 days ago and still waiting for it to arrive!! Other companies I have ordered from in Australia delivery has been 3 days!!
