   NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE. I ordered via their website, 2wks later they said it can’t be fulfilled due to an inventory error and a glitch in their pricing system so they couldn’t send it. Said I’d be reimbursed within the next couple business days - money never came back.

   NEVER OPEN this place is always closed, even when it states it's open on Google maps. Another thing I'm confused about is they're marketing. As most of us know they are very followed and popular on tiktok. They avertise nice things that are in trends at the moment, but when you go on they're website the avertise these garments but don't sell them in NEW ZEALAND, even though the CEO comes from Auckland! It's ridiculous

   I've rocked up on two seperate days now and they're just not open during their advertised hours (on Google Maps and their website). No note or anything on the door or on their website. Clothes look amazing and seem affordable, but don't seem to be able to get them despite my best efforts. Hopefully they're open at some point and genuinely hope the owner/managers aren't bankrupt or going through any turbulent life stuff.

   Scammers. They advertise products that don't exist. Five months later, they're claiming my daughter made a pre-order and they'll ship when they feel like it. From reviews on other sites, I know that on those occasions on which they ever actually do deliver a product, it typically looks nothing like the picture they posted on their website. I guess they're trying to knock off products they find pictures of and aren't very good at it. Shop here if you want someone to take your money and never ship anything.

   If i could put -1000000 stars i would. It is one of the biggest scams I’ve seen it’s been over 12 months and I’ve never heard about my order. I was exchanging emails with a worker named Danielle that is refusing to give me a refund. Danielle, if you see this answer your fricking emails and give me my refund

   Lets just say online purchasing with Shekou was an ultimately disappointing experience for my two daughters. The clothes and appear as advertised and generally are just fine.... BUT, and this is a big BUT...., Problem 1 it only took 4 MONTHS for complete order to be delivered. They were held up in China for 3 of those with absolutely ZERO feedback about the delay and updated delivery schedule. Ultimately, after contacting NZ contact number, three of the 4 pair of pants were delivered from NZ based stock. The 4th were not available so we waited for delivery from China for these. Problem 2 One of the larger pairs were a little small so under terms of "exchange" (this is the word searched that links to returns) there was a credit issued. We were advised to re-order but now the price was almost double as there had been a sale when first ordered several months prior. So Shekou will not exchange at all. (It should be noted that Shekou do have the larger pair in stock in NZ) and the return of these pants was within days of receipt. From a customer relations perspective this is quite sub-par. Time to complete order, notification of delay, feedback of limit to exchange being most bothersome. In the positive, ONE NZ based staff member did exceedingly well. For this reason, and HER communication and attempts to assist this was lifted to 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 1 star.
