   Me and my partner went in looking for something to spice up our life. We were very enthusiastic about it until we entered the shop. Loud radio playing in the shop, creepy sales guy starring at us all the time and every 5 min a guy would come out from the backroom and quickly walk outside the shop. At first I thought could be just staff finishing their shift but how many staff this shop has? Couldn't be more then 5 staff in one shift and why were they all male leaving 5 min after each other and very quickly in did. Anyway I choose what I wanted and went to the counter to the creepy sales guy and said "hey mate just wanted these" he didn't respond and scan the item and turn the eftpos towards me. I said thanks and walked with my partner and still no reply from him. This place is a big turn off for couples trying to be adventurous.

   Absolute worst service. A young girl (perhaps an american accent / brown poofy hair and blue eyes) approached me and my partner in-store, asked if we needed help finding anything, we said we were just looking and she rudely told me that she had to take my purse and put it behind the counter. (This is not legal, and she told us that it’s “my store policy”) I have been in this store before and have never been asked to take my bag, we had been in-store for maybe a minute or two. I feel like we were profiled, as there were other customers in store that weren’t asked for their bags nor giving the same rude service. We look forward to your response.

   Brought an item Saturday afternoon and when I got it home it wouldn't charge. Took it back Sunday morning and was told they don't refund and after fiddling with it to see if they could get it to charge stated they will replace it with the same item. Lost faith in their products and just want a refund. Will not be going back

   My husband purchased something from here, when he got home, I told him I already had something similar. When he returned 15 minutes later, to return it, they told him they wouldn't refund the item, but would exchange. So it had nothing to do with hygiene etc, just a money grab. Well I hope they enjoyed that small profit win, cause we won't be back.
