   Really unfortunate experience in Hospice Claudlands today. The work hospice does is so so important so not to discredit that at all but the prices are so incredibly out of touch. Many of the items are stained, ripped or completely worn out yet priced as if they were new and in perfect condition. The racks are packed to the brim and this makes the clothing hard to move/look at because they obviously are not turning over inventory because of the extreme pricing. It is extremely inconvenient not being able to try the clothing on as the one changing room is locked and you have to ask one of the staff to come and unlock it then they loiter outside waiting for you to come out so they can lock it again ! Really, really disappointing that people in need cannot afford to shop here and charity is not being optimised for those in need.

   Shocked by the prices. Just 1 exame A old worn out tommy shirt with ripped collar $50 ridiclouse !it used to be a great shop with prices wich meant you were getting a good deal,that has sadly changed.

   I’ve visited this store several times. While they do have good stock at times, the prices are quite high. Unfortunately, my experiences with the staff have been disappointing. They often come across as unfriendly and overly watchful, to the point of standing right outside the fitting room for the entire time I tried on clothes, which made me very uncomfortable.

   A very well laid out and attractive store. Lots of beautiful items there, and a large variety. If I had read the reviews about pricing and the lack of changing rooms I probably wouldn’t have gone for a visit today, but I’m glad I did. I don’t understand how you can sell that many clothing items and not have an area to try on, and the prices are definitely quite high. But I am in love with my purchases and the service I received was very good. They must of had/have a lot of issues with theft as the team members are very watchful of shoppers. Perhaps they could run a few sales to clear out some of the older stock and cater more budgets.

   I think as a charity you are brilliant, but with this claudelands store needs some new management. Most items are on the higher price of what you would expect. Loads of beautiful clothing items, but quite alot are washed out, have holes or stains that have not been spotted. I asked a member of staff if they have fitting rooms, to be told find a discreet corner of the store to take off my shirt. Not very ideal for my wife. Staff are very friendly and polite and the shop is tidy, but please review the prices.

   Over priced, don't even have changing rooms. If I was donating clothes I wouldn't be happy for them to sell them at almost new prices ridiculous
