I visited yesterday and enquired about purchasing a Santa sack.. I was told it wasn't for sale (display item) but there was a similiar one available....I suggested they sell me the 1st one and put the similar one on display. Got a short sharp no. What are they saving it for? Next year? Petty and mean considering they are a charity raising money for vulnerable animals. Do better.

Great selection of fairly priced clothing and home essentials. Some real quality finds, friendly staff, and handy changing rooms. Clothes are well organised by size and colour.

I stop by this store every single week. The staff are brilliant. Kind, helpful and it makes the experience great. The store is well laid out and easy to shop. The prices are average to good. I usually find a bargain and a treasure or two. I recently purchased my favourite bag, which was handmade by a volunteer and I get so many compliments!!!

There are two girls working in the back one is in her early 20s and they are so lovely, kind and absolute superstars the two older ladies on the other hand makes you feel like your bringing in raw sewerage for donations. They nit pick at everything making you feel unwanted, dirty and not welcomed.

Overpriced op shop. You’re getting these clothes donated, at least make them affordable so the public can purchase and give back to the SPCA. The manager prices the ‘designer’ clothing yet some of the clothes are more expensive there than they are new! She doesn’t know what designer clothes are. I will not be coming back.

Some nice designer labels including Zara and Decjuba. Shop is well laid out and has some interesting and slightly different bric-a-brac.

Unfriendly and, no masks and didn't care weather I wore one or not. Rude to my friend as she was purchasing items. Didn't seem to care weather the stuff we dropped off was worth anything, new or used. Didn't say thank you. Wont bother returning.

I visited today, it is a nicely laid out shop with some absolute goodies in there. The staff members were pretty helpful and polite. I can see that some of the reviews say they feel it is over priced, I didn’t feel that way, but maybe that’s because I’m picky and compare items to full retails value. Here’s what I got Pewter Mug $4 Summer Blouse $3 (On Sale) Lovely knitted pullover $7.50 (On Sale) Some scarves $16? And a super cute pink glass ornament $10

I love Op-shopping and go all over Auckland. I was stoked to have this local shop added to my area. But unfortunately this store is disappointing- way to overpriced. Clothing especially was priced too high- some things that shouldn’t even be for sale, we’ll worn with holes.
