   Came over from hamilton and went into the SEED bayfair shop last saturday tried on a dress & loved it. I joined the queue at the counter and waited, Only one woman was serving with a line of customers already waiting to be served. I saw other staff tidying and wandering around. A girl with an accent told us the lady serving won’t be long then she went off and was laughing with another staff member. I was getting frustrated with waiting so long as it was obvious that I could have been helped by other staff members. After a while I couldnt wait any longer and had to leave as I was meeting a friend. Very bad practice for a shop like seed & frustrating to be kept waiting. Not what I expected.

   One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had happened today when I visited the store, hoping for what was meant to be a special moment. I went in with my girlfriend, who’s visiting, and we were planning to purchase a full set of outfits for my baby girl. I’ve always loved Seed’s baby collection and was really looking forward to the visit. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined before we could even begin. I entered through a door that was unlocked, only to be spoken to very rudely by a staff member—possibly the store manager. Her exact words were: “This door is closed for a reason.” There was no clear signage, and the tone she used was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. The encounter left us feeling uncomfortable, and sadly, we lost all enthusiasm for shopping. I’m really disappointed—this is not the kind of customer service I expected from Seed, especially when the visit meant something personal and special to us.

   The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.

   Horrible customer service. Everyone in store ignores you. Staff needs to be changed. Has been this way for a while. Appalling. Staff in general avoids eye contact, all passive aggressive, seem annoyed you are in the store to begin with.

   What a shame that strict policies hinder the return of products outside of their time frame. I was happy to accept a credit! Now I'm left with an expensive item that is of no use & I'm sure it would sell. I'm so disappointed in Seed as I've been a good customer and love their product.

   I've been in numerous times and it doesn't matter which department I'm in I get completely ignored...not a smile or a greeting and its not just me who has this experience. The Manager is very passive aggressive and rude also. Bad customer service makes your store look bad. What a shame!

   I've been in numerous times not a hi or hello once. The dark headed girl yesterday 27/2 in the kids dept did everything she could to avoid eye contact. Just rude and unfriendly.
