   Bought a $30 hoodie online as a gift for someone. Didn't realize it had arrived ripped. Emailed them and they asked for me to return it but I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending it back and waiting. So they said they would offer me a $10 voucher as compensation. But never heard back. from them, vouchers nowhere to be seen. So essentially i've bought a broken hoodie. Really disappointing. Update: They saw this review and offered me my $10 store credit. They were kind enough in the email and explained the delay.

   Items shown in stock when reality is they aren’t in stock. False information on their website and instead of honouring the price they just changed the price without acknowledging that it was incorrect in the first place. Absolute waste of time and will not be supporting this business again.

   Product which was intended to be a gift arrived with grubby marks all over it. Emailed Chances and had no response so tried messaging through social media also with no response. We certainly won’t be shopping here again. Appalling.
