will never return to this store again. The shopkeeper there is terrible and has no idea how to treat children. I was with my 2-year-old daughter, and after I had paid for my purchases i sat down and she was playing with some toys. She wasn’t damaging anything, just playing harmlessly. Instead of addressing me, the shopkeeper ignored me and went straight to my daughter, snatching the toys from her hands and saying she shouldn’t play with them. My daughter went silent, her eyes welling up with tears. It was heartbreaking to witness. I am not sure what was the name of that woman but i feel very sorry for Baby City having this terrible person working for it. I have kept my child away from any aggression but such a person ruined it. I want a written apology otherwise I will go public about this.

Purchased an item online and (despite saying they had stock online) I was subsequently told the only stock was the display model or I could get a refund. Fiona was absolutely awful to deal with - unhelpful and rude. No apology was ever offered for the inconvenience, no other solutions were proffered. She seemed annoyed at my asking for other options. Do not do business with them. It will be more hassle than anything.

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behaviour by Manager Fiona! She really needs to have some training regarding how to treat customers and customers right. Do NOT buy anything from baby city, if for any reason even you want to return an item even is sealed the next day of purchase they will not accept it not only that you have to go through hell and deal with these difficult people! Do not recommend
