   Wooooow! Louisa is amazing! Never experienced customer service the way I did from her. You guys should be so damn proud to have such a bubbly, caring, enthusiastic, empathetic lady! I came all the way from Hastings for a lil shop & my operation tomorrow and she was sooooo nice and made me feel so welcome. She talked to me and helped me with sizing, she made me feel like I mattered just as much as everyone else does and I left the store really happy with my purchase. She honestly made me feel so good about my upcoming surgery and I wanna visit again just because of her! Give that girl a promotion!!! Thanks so much to Louisa (hope that’s how I spell it)

   Megha greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome as I entered the store. She was incredibly helpful in assisting me with ordering the pair of tights I wanted. She also took the time to help me create an account so I could enjoy the perks, especially with my birthday coming up soon. I also observed Megha interacting with other customers—she engaged with them genuinely and enthusiastically, which showed that she truly enjoys her work. I greatly appreciated her excellent customer service and would highly recommend visiting the store.

   I drove here all the way from Takapuna to pick up an order on a Thursday night as a Google told me the store was open until 7pm. I got there at 6:30pm and everything closed. The least they could do is to update their hours. Not impressed after half an hour driving here especially for this

   Great selection, beautiful clothing. Although this is in an outlet center, it's not an outlet store, prices are normal. When we bought 4 items, the promised discount of 30% for 3 or more items wasn't applied, which cost us real money.

   Poor customer service. The lady never acknowledged us (No "Hi") or anything when roaming the store (bear in mind we were the only ones in there) and then she vanished to out the back as we were nearing the exit. Not cool.
