Really unhelpful staff. I ordered a top online and it came with makeup marks so went to return in store and they wouldn't refund me for the shipping which is absolutely ridiculous because it was faulty. Customer service online is also terrible too - instead of providing me with free shipping due to another faulty item and having no stock in Christchurch to exchange with, they told me to fly up to Auckland to get it. Very rude and I will never buy online at this store again. They are not remorseful either. Nice clothes in store though if you make sure nothing is wrong with it first.

Tidily presented nice sized store. Since it's nbetween seasons presently the selection seemed a bit sparse.

I visited here looking for a top for my grandmother. They didn’t have her size and the wonderful lady in the store went and checked the mannequin downstairs in the display we initially spotted it on. Awesome customer service!
Terrible customer service from 1 individual in store & terrible online support. Only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because there are a couple of lovely team members in this store. However, the team member who I presume to be the manager needs to be re-educated on customer service. An absolute embarrassment to your business.
Terrible customer service! The shop attendant Tiegan is extremely rude and grumpy. I got accused of rubbing my make up off on a top amongst other things. All because I asked her if she could wipe the mark off the top as I was buying it. She also made no effort to find my name in the system which I had to insist that she tried my cel phone number just to find that my name had been put in wrong and instead of correcting it she wrote another random name nothing to do with mine instead of asking me to spell it. Rude and unnecessary so I’m very disappointed and won’t be back!
