   The Merrell Outlet in Auckland is a great spot for outdoor gear! They’ve got a solid selection of shoes and apparel, all at good prices. The store is organized, and the staff are pretty helpful. It can get a bit crowded, especially during sales, but overall, it's a good place to grab quality outdoor gear without breaking the bank. Definitely worth checking out!

   A huge shout out to Deidre at Dressmart Merrell. I came into the store to get a better sense of hiking shoe sizing after buying some Merrells elsewhere and being uncertain if I'd got the correct size. Deidre was incredibly helpful, helped me try on some different sizing and width options to really get a good sense of what worked for my foot. She knew her stuff too so had great tips, despite my not having purchased shoes there. I'm going to be returning my shoes for a different Merrell option that works for foot but wished I had come here first. Deidre, thank you so much! Next time I'll come straight to you.

   There are two ladies in the Onehunga Store, the asia lady's service was good, but the other lady with the green top was bit mean and I think she need to sort out her mood first before working in the retail store.

   Very vibrant shop. I believe it is fairly new. I liked the orange colour theme in the store. There is wide variety of shoes and other items. The store is perfectly maintained. Very tidy. They were running good number of specials at the time I visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. It gets very busy over the weekend so may feel a little congested. It is in the mall so parking is not a problem. There are benches right outside the front if feel like relaxing after shopping.

   just purchased some Merrell walking shoes. It was so good to have some good old fashioned polite attentive professional and informative service. A young man who has been working with this company at Dressmart for two years. Sorry did not get his name. He rocks , tks for being so helpful and patient. I am so very happy with my shoes and will totally recommend your store.

   Apparently 1 year warranty, though this is has been explained to me as normal wear after 10 months. For $129.00 I would expect better quality and support from Merrell. Not recommended.

   Bought some Primer sneakers. Amelia was very helpful putting different shoe sizes aside over the phone to try on when I went in following week. Great customer service and such a positive person to have in a frontline customer service role. Great experience for a Merrell 1st time customer!

   Nice selection of shoes including outdoor/hiking ones. They didn't have the one I wanted in my size but there were other alternatives around so it wasn't too bad. Staff were helpful in trying to find the sizes.
