   My friend and I each bought the Salomon ACS pouch in-store for $100. Only a few days later, we noticed the same item listed on their own website with an original price of $80 and then on sale for $60. Given the timing and the price difference, it felt reasonable to expect the in store price to match what they were advertising online, or at least receive an adjustment when the price dropped immediately after purchase. When I reached out, the response I received was essentially that items go on sale all the time and that I should sign up for their VIP mailing list if I want to know about discounts. No acknowledgment of the pricing inconsistency or the fact that the online “original price” was lower than what we were charged in store. Super disappointing experience and not the level of transparency or service I expected.

   Loved the service I received from the team. Honestly a refreshing experience not to mention they were able to find the shoe I was after and I’m in love with how premium everything is - Team, store & product. Will be bringing my friends and family back to purchase more!

   I want to like this store... so hopefully this feedback will be useful. Came in on a weekday no customers other than myself. Two staff around the counter while I was looking at shoes. No greeting was given. I approached the salesperson with a question regarding which salomon sneaker was waterproof to which I got an abrupt reply of yeah some are waterproof... To provide better service in the future you can consider showing me the exact models as they are not all waterproof. I would be more understanding if the shop was busy or if you were with another customer but I was the only one in the store.

   They used to have more Japanese brands such as white mountaineering, but not anymore…maybe the NZ market isn’t ready for premium street brands. Their range of sneakers are significantly better than other stores such as hype.

   I can’t believe there are any bad comments for this coolest fashion store in Auckland. There are the cutest staff in town, and coolest stuff in store to check out. The staff are not only patiently serving with any needs but also give me fantastic outfit ideas. I love how I can always get what I like in terms of fashion while having a decent conversation with the team. All in all, it is my favorite store in Auckland, will always support the team!! Love love love.
