    The manager with glasses is shockingly rude, never acknowledges myself or my children. Will never spend a dime here again.

    The atmosphere in the store seemed off! When we walked in my 4 year old called out and said β€œHi” to the workers but we were given a hell of a stare from the older female wearing glasses behind the counter, no reply or acknowledgement just gave off β€œoh another customer” Vibes. I was prepared to do a bit of shopping for my son and for a nephews birthday but after that cold reception decided to take m business elsewhere. We won’t be back which is sad because this place used to have such a lovely welcoming feel. Disappointed.

    Store is nice and lots of variety but pretty disappointed with the staff. Quite arrogant and doesn’t even bother to say hi or offer help. Been there couple of times and its the same every time.

    A very decent sized and supplied store, such great styles and super friendly staff! TV plying for children and had Easter bunny headpieces available for the kids to make too :-)
