“Considering the subway store is in a fairly remote location, I can't really complain much. There was just one person working in the morning (around 9:30)and it was really busy. She made an amazing sub and was doing her best. People complaining about no smile no greetings, don't understand how it feels to work in a busy fastfood store managing hundreds of things at the same time.”

“I used to skip this restaurant because of its low rating, but it completely surprised me — I was wrong! This is my second time trying their dim sum, and I felt compelled to write a review. The portions are generous with plenty of fillings, and everything tastes fresh and absolutely delicious. The salted egg yolk custard bun is a must-try, and the polo char siew bun were tasty. “Very good noodle burger that I never got anywhere in Nz fully recommend and was only $8. Plus the guy who served us very good nice kind and polite guy fully recommended One of the nicest guy with best service skills. He told me he’s the one who started the noodle burger idea. And to people who give review ( worst food , too oily , place not clean ) this is exactly what Punjabi food. If you’s r to concern about these things just don’t go there . “The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved, but this place is overall insane value. The bed was comfortable and warm, the private bathroom was everything you need, and while the tv was pretty old it has sky sport and sky movies and everything. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was very good. Some people seem to be complaining about cleanliness or dated rooms but for the insanely low price it just doesn't make sense to hold it against them.”

“Awesome portions! I don’t get why there’s so many negative comments, but this shop sells a very large portion of a dish and it’s very flavourful. Honestly, for NZ$25, I got a very huge portion of rice that was packed with flavour and a good amount of yoghurt to go with chicken nasi briyani. A free jug of plain water was served and the tables were clean. Although there is only takeaway option, He saw that I was solo travelling and allowed me to dine in. The owner is very welcoming and humble man. Coming from an Asian country, I approve of his dishes and the flavours and the portion along with the reasonable pricing .”
