    Delivery driver dropped our fries and chicken wings outside the front door, puts the chicken wings off the ground back in the package and hands it over to us like we are going to eat it. Call to complain and ask for a refund told the manager will call us back that evening - no one calls us. Disgusting, makes you wonder what else happens to food that we don’t see that they think is acceptable

    We called in spontaneously on a freezing cold day. Pizza was just what we needed. The warm greeting and friendly manner of the staff lifted our mood immediately. Our friends who were working at home were delighted when we arrived there. The pizzas were delicious. We chose the one with everything and the Italian one with mozzarella crust. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas. They were eaten in minutes. Thank you

    Possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a pizza store. Ordered a delivery at 9:00pm August 6 2023, and it is still yet to arrive. I dunno who’s in charge but they’re clearly not doing very well. Store doesn’t answer their phone or provide tracking updates. Absolute joke. Shame because the food is actually alright when it shows up.

    If you order from this store this is what you will get. Nothing. We tried to call and there was nothing. I feel empty and I’ve lost all hope. My flatmates are all hungry and all we have is one can of beans. The cold is taking over and the night has become longer. We have tried ordering a few times over the last year. 50/50 at best. I don’t know why we keep trying. All hope lost.

    I ordered 1 pizza and 1 side for delivery and alas, it never arrived. I called the branch multiple times for a duration of 2 hours and none of the 8 times, did they pick up. Not only did they not pick up, the line did not go through as if they had ripped the line out the socket. I also called the 0800 number to try connect to the branch - another failed mission. Outrageous. Obscene. If you are understaffed, why not just be up front and decline orders? The corporate bloodlust devoted to the blind pursuit of money, sadly, wins again. And I, but a lowly patron, a loser, in this sick, twisted game. Please, refund me for the entire order. No less will be acceptable for the sins you have committed.

    Placed an order at 18.28, tried to contact the store about 6 times by phone at 19.30, nobody answers the phone. 19.34 I receive a sms with track status. Driver arrives 20.04 with a car packed with 3/4/5 order bags in it (we are 5 mins away from the store), he steps out of the car saying: I know you are angry but …. (Mumbles a story about this not being his fault but the staffs fault etc.) I told him I was just very dissappointed about the food being this late and the fact that they didn’t answer the phone or gave an update about the problems they we’re having. The driver handed us over extra side dishes in damp boxes that we didn’t order (!) + more free stuff (2 Fanta cans, strawberry cheesecake) + our pizza’s which were cold, had no tomato sauce on them and my (GF) pizza missed 20% topping at the edges. The pizza’s we’re so cold we literally had to reheat them in the oven. From earlier orders we’ve noticed they we’re always late (making a detour through the suburb?) and we’ve had the 20% topping missing once before but this was really bad. We won’t order from this Pizzahut ever again, such a disgrace. See attached photo’s of the damp side dish boxes that we didn’t order and missing topping/tomatosauce. *Update* Filed a complaint through the Pizza Hut website the 15th of Jan. and received a full refund of our order the 15th of March + promise that they’d look into the issues with this Pizza Hut, which seems to not really have happened yet according to recent reviews.
