I waited an hour for my food, and when it did arrive it was cold and squished. I attached pictures of the scrolls, they're pitiful. This is the second time I've waited over 30 minutes past the expected timeframe for food.
Called store after waiting 45minutes for delivery order and they told me it had been delivered. Checked nothing. It was raining so even went around the house to look and neighbours. Nada. I call back. No help just pure apathy. I decide to go to store. On the way and 1 hour 22minute after I placed order my wife calls and tells me it got delivered and the guy leaves it on the doorsteps in the rain. No knock or anything no courtsey to keep it covered and hand over in person. Above all that the order was cold and wrong (upgrade base and family size were instead standard with minimal topping) and still no resolve or apology after calling them back and leaving said soggy pizzas on their counter whilst awaitong another 25minutes to make again and you guessed it still no paid upgrade base or family size. Absolute muppets! Order place 6.48pm: NathanB 24 October. Called and went in yesterday around 8:10pm
Yah overall good, usually get delivery from the dominos app but decided to pick up after a grocery run. I don’t bother with Uber etc it’s a waste of time when shit goes wrong from past experience. So Just order directly from store or pick up. Simple. We ordered a few mini boxes tonight to share as family and customised the sides and pizza toppings. Nice staff cheers.Pizza always best when it’s hot. Thanks
The new management doing really well . Both pizza was absolutely fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce is tangy and flavourful, and the cheese was melty and gooey. Every bite was a delicious experience, and I highly recommend it!
I recently ordered from this Domino’s branch and I was really happy with my experience! The pizza was fresh, nicely baked, and full of toppings. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the cheese melted really well. Also, the staff were friendly and the order was ready quickly. I know this place has had some challenges before, but it’s clear the new management is working hard to improve. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
We ordered two pizzas we'd never tried before so we didn't know what they were meant to look like. When we got home we looked up the menu while we were eating and realised that one of the pizzas was an incorrect order. We would be more understanding if it was busy as obviously mistakes happen, however it wasn't busy - it was early on a Tuesday night with no one in store.This is also the second time we've had take out from here and neither times the pizzas were well cut.
Very disappointed in our pizza meal, Supreme and BBQ chicken & bacon looked nothing like the menu photos, toppings did not even reach the outside edge of the base and most of the advertised toppings not on the pizza's. Even the pizza bases tasted different than the usual. We will not be ordering Dominos again. Only good thing about the meal was the pleasant delivery driver.
Absolutely disgusting staff. Who ever is the owner of this franchise should be embarrassed at the quality of staff you have. Utterly useless and disrespectful. I called 8 times. Go into the store and all the pimple face nobodies are standing around doing nothing. Poorest staff member was a ratty Nike hoodie wearing dork who thinks it’s funny to tell me he was told not to answer the phone. If I could rate minus stars I would. Embarrassing
Cockroach in my pizza. Agreed with manager not to escalate on the promise that goodwill gesture be ready for pick up at 6.30pm. I arrive for pick up, the supervisor on duty was rude and had a tone when trying to correct me on the time it should've been ready (raising his voice at me in front of customers). He showed me screenshots as a sad attempt to say "GOTCHA", I showed him proof of our (myself and his bosses) agreement and no apology. Just silent acknowledgement and more posturing. Escalated further to complaints/head office on 4/4/23 with no call back despite ETA of 2 days from manager (as promised). Called back a day later on 5/4/23 after a promised callback and no callback since. Called for the final time yesterday (18/4/23) and awaiting callback to finally resolve. Food Safety, Customer Service and Branding (Reputation) should (in my opinion) be maintained. It would be great if we could sort this out before considering other channels which wouldn't be in the best interest of your business.
Ordered delivery and was totally disgusting of what we discovered. Have notified MPI the next day. My son discovered a cockroache after eating a couple of bites, it was cooked into the toppings. Do not want a refund, as I will never order through this establishment ever again. This place should be closed down. Health hazard.
