So wanted to swap the standard mayonnaise with pepper mayonnaise on my burger and was charged 60cents Miserable…. Getting a little greedy there KFC… if I wanted no mayonnaise I’m sure you wouldn’t provide a discount. Do better
Delicious Hot & Spicy Chicken – Hats Off to the Cook, Prashant! Had a great experience at KFC recently! The Hot & Spicy Chicken was absolutely perfect — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. You could tell it was made with care. Big shoutout to Prashant, the cook behind the scenes, for preparing such amazing food. His cooking really made the difference. Keep up the great work, Prashant! Looking forward to coming back for more!
I recently visited KFC Rototuna and I was really impressed with the level of service. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The team were attentive and efficient, checking to make sure orders were correct and explaining alternatives when something wasn’t available. My order arrived exactly as requested, hot and well‑presented. The restaurant itself was tidy and well‑maintained, which added to a comfortable dining experience. Overall, the service at KFC Rototuna was excellent.
I visited KFC Rototuna today and had an amazing experience. The team leader at the front, Nisha, was very welcoming and provided excellent service. We ordered the Jumbo Bucket, and the chicken was fresh, tasty, and cooked perfectly. The food quality and service exceeded my expectations. I’d rate it 10/10 and will definitely be coming back again.
Went to get KFC Rototuna this morning around 10.30. The burger had hardly anything in it...less lettuce, no mayo and she forgot to give us juice. We pay full price so we expect to get good food.
A somewhat sad return to a favorite of mine, and others, I should imagine. The issue; chicken that has become dried out, or lost moisture! I arrived at a lunchtime, traveling across town, and eager to eat one of my favorites, K.F.C. Normally I don't bother with a burger, as the chicken is delish enough, but this time, as I haven't had it for at least a year, I splashed out, with a quarter pack and a Bacon & Cheese burger..!?? Well, I even waited till I got back across town home, to eat... and sadly, found the chicken dried out!! Bummer! I somewhat laughed, and found it an ominous sign, that no-one was inside, dining, and the drive thru, was empty. The service was fast, the chips okay, and I think the burger was ... O.K.... fc!!
The middle aged Indian male front counter guy is the absolute rudest person I have ever been served by. It’s fast food so we don’t expect gold star service but you would expect him not to roll his eyes and his head around like he’s being tortured to work there, if it makes you so unhappy to work at KFC that you have to ruin other peoples day just find another job mate. Appalling
Just left KFC Rototuna with no food. Waited 20mins after ordering before I went back to ask how long until our order was ready. The response was, another 20mins. So 40mins to wait. The reason, they had run out of chicken and hadn't prepared anymore. Refund and left to feed my kids across the road at Mcds. Other customers left as well. Shocking.
Every single time I have ordered from Rototuna our orders are wrong, kids end up hungry because they dont get there food, we are missing food or it doesnt turn up. Tonight we ordered and are still waiting for our food, i get a text saying its delivered but nothing at the door. I called “ our driver has dropped it at the wrong address KFC say” never end up getting our food and they say we cant speak to a manager to sort anything out. Cant understand how a business can operate like this if they arnt taking the time to make sure their paying customers are getting what they pay for and a level of service they deserve. Who ever if running the brunch is clearly not taking any notice of the service that its providing.
When you go to a KFC, you'd expect chicken right? These tenders must have been off a chicken with an eating disorders. Quality control at this KFC is pretty poor. I have 2 stars for the service as the staff were really good. Shame about the food.
