Fast as ever, but got the crust wrong and smothered the whole pizza in some godawful sweet sauce that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Ruined the experience. Two stars for speed, and that it was almost edible once I’d scraped that crappy sauce off. Won’t order here again.
Well where do I start. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza from Dominos Carlton Mill Corner which arrived late and stone cold. I gave them a fair and honest review and Management responded by offering us a voucher for two traditional pizzas, garlic bread and 1.5ltr bottle of coke. Just tried to redeem the voucher online as instructed only to be told our free voucher order does not meet the $22.00 delivery amount. Funny that , it is a free voucher after all. We phoned the Store and were told we have to ring the order through and pick it up. We are now living in Yaldhurst so rang the order through to the Hornby Branch only to be told they won’t accept it as original order was Carlton Mill. Voucher absolutely worthless. Well done Domino’s!!!! Useless customer service. Email from Head Office says voucher good at any store.
I recently had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this Domino’s location, and I feel it's important to bring it to light. From the moment I entered, both myself and another customer were made to feel unwelcome, with clear signs of racial bias from certain staff members. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any service environment and should be addressed immediately. Although there were more than four staff members present, only one seemed genuinely engaged in their work , meanwhile the others were seated, laughing, and ignoring their duties. Once we left, I observed them continuing to laugh together instead of focusing on the responsibilities at hand, such as cleaning the dining area and assisting other customers. This disregard for professionalism and basic customer service was appalling. The store itself was in a shocking state of neglect. The tables were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant appeared to be neglected for an extended period. The food was equally disappointing, with chips that tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out all day. Additionally, the staff was unclear when providing pricing information, leading to confusion and frustration. Given the overall lack of hygiene, unprofessional behavior, and racial undertones, I believe this location needs to be inspected by a health and safety professional. The condition of the store, both in terms of cleanliness and the quality of service, is unacceptable, and I would not be surprised if it posed a serious risk to public health. If management doesn’t take immediate action to address these issues, this location should be shut down. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I would strongly advise against visiting this Domino's, and I sincerely hope that these concerns are taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
Order was ready on time and the food looked good and hot, but we found a fly in the box with the wings and lost my appetite after that
- 5 stars.. Absolutely disgusting, ate half of my pizza and realised there was a dead moth on it! Rang the Domino's and the offered me a voucher for my next visit!?? Yea right of course I'm not going to eat there again, i will have a refund!. Cleanliness must be disgusting
Literally never got my food. Put in a pick up order and when I arrived they were closed. I checked the hours and they were supposed to be open, but it was very clearly closed. The next morning my order was marked as "received", so they willingly stole my money. I contacted the support and got NO refund, just a voucher for barely half of what I ordered. Horrible people, DO NOT EAT HERE!
Wow! Emily delivered my pizza so quickly and politely greeted me at the door. Her service was incredible :)
The customer service person was very rude.I just took chillies and oregano which were available over the counter to sprinkle on my pizza . This person sounded so rude and said how can I take without his permission. I apologized to him and then requested for his permission again he was so rude and showed a deaf ear to me later he told he can't give very rudely in front of other customers. If I can buy pizza for 20+ dollars I can give him 2 to 3 dollars if it was supposed to be paid .
I went to the store today evening. We ordered fews pizza’s and potatoes wedges and chips. As we know we should get the sweet chilli sauce with the potato wedges as you guys write on the menu but unfortunately the team didn’t provide us the sauce and we ask for it and there is the one of the team member said we don’t provide anymore and he speak very rudely with us I know its just $1-$2 thing but still like you guys write in the menu.
