   Thursday 2pm, i do side hustle by doing uber delivery. Staff has not been trained properly at all and do not recognise the customers or even delivery drivers they ignore them and just take there order whenever they want to. I have worked in hospitality for over 7 years and can clearly say its lack of training and management. Hopefully somebody will stepup and start caring.

   YOU GUYS ABSOLUTELY RIPPED US OFF WE PAID $45 FOR 10 PIECE BUCKET WITH 2 LARGE CHIPS , GRAVY AND LARGE DRINK YOU HORRIBLE GUYS GAVE US 4 WINGS ,5 LEGS ,1 BREAST AND HALF FULL CHIPS NEV ER AGAIN GOING THERE .GUYS WERE NICE BUT JUST RIPPED US OFF NOT ENOUGH FOOD FOR OUR FAMILY YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID WHEN YOU PUT THAT IN OUR BUCKET,WE WE'RE REALLY NICE TO YOU..SERVED BY 2 MALES 4.30PM SUNDAY 31 AUGUST 2025

   Disgusting place to get your food from. Oily floor, dirty cr and garbage everywhere. All the staff are just inside the kitchen, no one’s attending the dining area. Even though there are no customers on queue, they’re not tidying up.

   The staff members at KFC Kilbirnie deserve an award, their service was absolutely spectacular. The food was ready so fast, was cooked perfectly and everyone was so friendly and nice. Who ever is managing that shift is an absolute hero!!! 25/08/24 8:30pm

   Terrible. Food is sogy and cold. Was informed of a 5 minute wait for wicked wings (which I was happy with), but then was given my order 30 seconds later. Got home and checked, they didn't give us wicked wings. It was substituted for something else (without asking), and instead of receiving 3 (which I paid for) I got 1. I told the Staff I was happy to wait but they clearly don't care about their job. Waste of money when you're not receiving what you order. This has happened too many times, sort out your restaurant! I blame management for not caring or watching staff.

   Dont ask veg burgers from kilbirnie KFC. they serving chicken patties in it. we asked why did you do this then they said we did not had veggie patties so put the chicken one in it. not sure why the hell they Advertising wrong when they can not meet the requirements. staff will shut the door on your face if you will complain.

   The mighty Zinger burger. Just a piece of chicken in a bun with a dash of mayo. Nothing else. Not even presented nicely. Tossed in box, in a bag, and then tossed at the customer without a word. Is that everything? Thanks guys, I won't be back, I'll only get disappointment.

   I don’t know what is happening at this KFC but it might as well shut if they’re giving that type of service. Drive thru was closed, no self serve option inside. The girl that served me clearly didn’t want to be there. There was no sense of urgency completing orders they were going so slow while there’s at least 8 people waiting to order. The girl didn’t ask what I wanted in my drink and assumed I wanted coke but when I told her I didn’t she was so rude. This KFC will continue to get bad reviews unless they sort it out.
