   Location is okay, in 15 min you can walk to the center and everything is clean. The windows let the cold air inside and the power in the shower is very low so its hard to wash long hair. The parking situation is a desaster. You need to make a reservation in advance for a parking slot für 24$ per night and there were no cheap available parking options in the area around but the staff was helpful and tried their best. Price was good.

   This spot is great if you don't have car as everything is nearby and easily accessible. If you have car you have to pay extra fare for parking.But the time when we went was the price was cheap and with parking not too much in comparison to other hotels. Other than staff were friendly,helpful. Environment was nice...I will surely book the same hotel next time if we come back to wellington...

   Too many one way streets missed trying to get here. Room had threadbare carpet and old radiators. No plug to the the bath and tv a nightmare to use. There was no free parking onsite. The only saving grace was the great shower, and the deli on the corner. The guy in there was so helpful. We won't be coming back.

   When I arrived into the hotel, the reception felt pretty good, modern, and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly, however, once we arrived into our rooms, there were creases and stains on the curtain. Fridge has no light. Bathroom has no ventilation. Beds are clean and comfy but it is a bit hard on the back.

   Decently sized double rooms. Price is worth it. Bed was soft and decently sized for two. Could see pigeons! Side note: the receptionist was super nice, letting me use the lounge bathroom after midnight

   Pros: It's good for the price. Modern furniture. Working bath tub. Good location. Free breakfast. Cons No thermostat, just space heater with a dial 1-10 Window repainted so many times it refuses to close, in the winter cold. No power outlets by the bed. Internet is 0.5mbps

   The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved, but this place is overall insane value. The bed was comfortable and warm, the private bathroom was everything you need, and while the tv was pretty old it has sky sport and sky movies and everything. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was very good. Some people seem to be complaining about cleanliness or dated rooms but for the insanely low price it just doesn't make sense to hold it against them.

   Room was definitely basic and quite dated but clean. Can tell that the rooms are pretty old and sometimes there would be a slightly musty smell when i first stepped in but not noticeable after awhile. Small TV, fridge and hot water flask was sufficient for me. Could probably do with a little more table space to put things though, but I managed. Staff was friendly and free buffet breakfast was great. A quick 10min bus ride from town so was easy to get home quickly after dinner/shopping, about 20mins walk to waterfront. Convenient location to get around Welly. When I complained of ongoing noise from 11pm-12.30am, the staff took action quickly and silence returned soon after. Wouldn't mind staying again.

   Pros: it was clean, staff are great, breakfast good too. Wifi, tv, shower all worked well. Also they have a guest laundry. Cons: very noisy from traffic, quite a long walk to the harbour.

   The rooms were nicely put together, however, it was very difficult for me to personally sleep here. The temperature inside was way too warm for the weather conditions along with poor ventilation making it stuffy and difficult to sleep. The beds and pillow were also too firm and the mini fridges are quite loud. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff were pleasant.
