   Food delivered within minutes after ordering. Made to spec and super tasty. In the middle of Cuba Street- easy to find and clearly a crowd pleaser as the lunch times crowd pleaser. Well worth a visit if Mexican flavours are your foodie thing. Smiles all the way!

   I’ve had this ongoing problem with ordering them throughout ubereats that’s never been resolved. I Ordered from them a few months ago and one of the workers tampered with my food writing very jarring things all over my food packaging. I was afraid my food itself got tampered with as well so I didn’t eat any of it. I know it wasn’t the driver since the bag was still sealed. I immediately reported it this happened on Sep 15, 2025 at around 10pm. Reported this multiple times to Uber Eats never gotten a response so I went to Taco Bell directly. They contacted Uber Eats with them responding saying they have replied to me and that I haven’t sent them more information which is a bold faced lie. Nothing in the app… nothing in my email box.. Not to mention what more needs to be said I reported everything that I know. Want me to name the employee that did it while I’m at it?? I don’t know anything else besides how disappointed I am in both services on how this has been handled. Taco Bell replied to me and essentially said that it’s not our problem and that UberEats needs to resolve this. ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES DID THIS! THIS IS SOME HOW JUST AN UBEREATS ISSUE NOW? That sure is convenient. So here to remind them that it indeed is not an issue that can’t be passed off to someone else when the issue started with yall to begin with.

   Have been twice, first time waited 45mins but thankfully gave a free serving of fries to compensate. Second time forgot a quesadilla completely and did not fix the mistake. Ordered online through DoorDash another time and also forgot an item. The actual quality of food is what you'd expect but 3 times I have had issues with getting what I pay for, just not worth it.

   Dear Taco Bell employees. What miserable employee had the worst day ever and whipped up the saddest looking ozempic ridden burrito I’ve ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth? Now let me tell you, I’ve had a few cheesy beefy burritos in my life time. This Taco Bell has NEVER fulfilled my desire for my beefy cheesy burrito. If anything it leaves me with a mouthful of tortilla and even more regrets. For the love of god, I promise you will not get fired for adding a normal sized portion of filling them, like how you’re supposed to… Each bite should be a mouth full. I should feel the girth of a burrito in my mouth when I’m eating a beefy cheesy burrito. Not the girth of a quesadilla. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be crashing out if this was my first ozempic burrito incident, but this has been EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE GONE TO THIS STORE (At least thrice.) To the Taco Bell employees, I understand it’s just stupid minimum wage job. But just remember there’s a gal out there getting off work who’s just craving a beefy cheesy burrito. So put some love into it. Please.

   Trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt here as I've worked in this type industry. However the restaurant me and my family (3 incl me) entered was beyond a mess. As customers we felt unwelcomed by the state of the restaurant. We could all tell it wasn't clear since opening. The state of the restaurant made us all sick. To the point of which I could not finish my food entirely. However service was quick. That's the one and only positive though

   Freaking disgusting!! Every surface; floors, tables, chairs, covered in other people's leftovers and crumbs. It made me uncomfortable just trying to sit somewhere. The staff were alright, not off-putting but not necessarily welcoming. Service was average. Would not recommend unless you're okay eating like a complete slob.

   Have to say I was a little disappointed in this place. It took a while to get our order but the food was good. The place was untidy but busy and at no time were the tables cleared and or cleaned.

   Do not recommend this branch! First bad experience of Wellington sadly. Dirty environment. Staff look unfriendly. Misled by picture of drink showing full size, charged $6.49, given 330ml small bottle. Asked to refund or exchange as not happy to pay this for single drink, staff x3 were rude, rolling eyes, refused to discuss, worst customer service ever experienced. One male prepping food had long greasy hair wearing no hairnet, flicking it around continually, very unhygenic. Food bland, nil dressing as ordered, cold, mostly unfresh lettuce, minimal meat, poorly presented. Dessert absolute disgrace, smear of nutella on a cold tortilla. Strongly unrecommend this branch!!!! Get new staff!!!

   Food is average. Flavourless. The fries are good. Serving sizes are decent. Seating is limited, chairs/tables aren't clean. The vibe is casual and busy. The busyness causes it to be quite loud and noisy. Don't recommend to anyone with sensory issues. UPDATE: It took 20 minutes to get jalapeño bites (was the only thing I ordered). Everyone else seems to be having the same issue as I heard a woman say her parking was about to run out and she'd only ordered 1 meal. After she left the staff talked about her and laughed. Tables were all still dirty.
