   Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff - especially Skyelah I think her name was - were so welcoming and friendly. They got my order out nice and quickly and the food was hot and fresh. Everything was tidy and clean and I can tell the staff love working there with how much laughing there was and the friendly and light atmosphere coming from the kitchen. Absolutely recommend and skyelah deserves a reward and praise for her fantastic work ethic!!

   I’ve had good KFC and Napiers is sad, everyone else’s reviews on here mostly say the same thing and they are right. I should have known better seeing an empty drive thru on a Saturday night, can’t be a good sign, but thought maybe we would get some fresh chicken considering we were practically the only customers there. It looks like some of the high reviews are possibly from staff to hopefully try and make the ratings be more appealing but you can’t ignore all the 1 star reviews. This drumstick I pulled out had no bottom just straight bone and the rest of it wasn’t even in the box, random spoons thrown in too? Not sure what that’s about? No good a spoon if it’s covered in grease anyway might as well use my hands! and check out that grease! Batter ratio was barely a ratio, make sure you check your bags before you leave, we received two potato’s and gravies instead of two chips with our wicked feast. I put a ticket through to KFC on their website so let’s see if they have anything to say for themselves. They seriously need management to come and sort this establishment out. Considering this is one of the more expensive take outs you can get, it feels like it’s not worth how much it costs.

   Here tonight been waiting 40 minutes for food. When ordering the girl Chloe walked off mid placing my order and came back after 3 minutes. I asked if that was normal and she got mad at me and walked off again. Terrible service all the girls do is talk and laugh and it work or serve. Will be filing a complaint through head office. I get it’s tough but it’s not fair for us to cop their bad day energy. If I could add a video I would have them just talking. Don’t waste ur time coming in here go somewhere else

   Went through drivethru tonight, took over an hour to be served , only about 9 vehicles in front of us , plenty of staff inside , seems that UBER EATS gets priority over all. Wnt be going back here again.

   Tonight waited 25 minutes for meals in store. Chicken was very greasy and only 1 piece was nice to eat. Did not eat the other3. Both our chips were heavy with chicken salt, unedible. My burger was OK. Such a shame as it's was my son's birthday dinner treat. He liked his potato and gravy.

   i found maggots in my chicken and was very unimpressed by this outcome with my maggots in my food. i would like a hand written letter with the managers signiture and a written apology.

   KFC Napier is a amazing store, I have never once had a bad experience, and over the hundreds of wicked wings i have consumed not one was ever been undercooked, they have always been well done and crispy. All the chips I have had always have plenty of salt, and drinks are refreshing. lovely staff and a great over all experience, and I have zero doubt that all my future experiences will be great. :)
