   Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides. The chips were crushed and appeared mouldy, which is a serious food safety issue. The garlic bread was stale and tasted off, like it had been sitting around for a long time. The pizzas were yuck—poorly made and very poor quality. Under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, food must be safe and of acceptable quality — this order clearly was not. Based on both the poor food quality and terrible customer service, I would not recommend this store at all. When I asked for a replacement or refund, the staff member was rude, cut me off repeatedly, and spoke in a disgusting and unprofessional manner. This was a waste of money and very upsetting. I expect far better hygiene and quality standards. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this store to anyone.

   Convenient location and definitely the best Pizza Hut I've been to. Pizza chains constantly cheap out on the amount of sauce/toppings they put on so it is nice to have consistently ordered pizza here with a good amount of sauce. Sadly the Large size pizzas are consistently smaller than the box but the Extra Large pizzas don't have this issue. Great for cheap, easy and delicious takeout. Would recommend.

   Great Pizza Hut location! I go here as it is better than most in the region. The Limo was really good, only feedback is the cheesy garlic’s toppings weren’t edge to edge, but otherwise excellent.

   I haven’t been here in years because it use to be pretty bad. So dominoes was my go to. But now dominoes have gone bad. And I crave pizza. So back to pizzahut and I was not disappointed, Pizza was great fries were hot and soft. Just perfect. Il be back

   Our pizzas, delivered from Newtown Pizza Hutt, looked nothing like the photos on the website. They had hardly any toppings. There were large areas of crust with no cheese, topping or sauce on it. Photos attached.

   APPALLING!!! Zero stars!!! I ordered online delivery at 6:45pm, and my pizza order arrived at 8:35pm. Couldn't track the order as no tracking link was sent. Estimated arrival time was 7:20pm. Almost a two hour wait! I hadn't read the reviews before placing my order, had I read the reviews beforehand, I would've stuck with ordering from Domino's! Very disappointing!!

   I had two extremely contrasting experiences on two consecutive evenings this week. Both times I ordered my pizza using the Pizza Hut app. On Tuesday night, I experienced friendly, efficient service and delicious pizza. Wednesday night was the complete opposite. Despite the app telling me my pizza would be ready by a certain time, I arrived to find what appeared to be a skeleton crew (one person cutting and boxing pizzas, no other food prep staff visible) overwhelmed by demand. After waiting with other customers for longer than 10 minutes past the projected ready time, during which no staff approached the front counter, I finally asked when I could expect my pizza. I was told "ten minutes." When I asked, "has my pizza actually been made yet?" I was told, "No" and that it would be another 10 minutes, which I doubted. I ended up cancelling my order as I had an appointment that I couldn't keep if I had waited. I understood that the problem was clearly a staffing issue that night but was frustrated at the lack of communication with customers, both online and in-store.

   SECOND TIME IVE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG ORDER AND PAID $10.00 MORE FOR IT: Tonight I've placed an order for XL veggie pizza with more stuffed crust. Not only did I not get stuffed crust, but my pizza was luke warm and this is the second time this has happened. I've ordered the pizza via doordash and have yet to he able to speak to someone on the phone at the pizza hut in Newtown in months. I've called literally dozens of times and received no answer. Unfortunately this is the only pizza hut in the area else I would have used another site.

   Ordered a large chicken cranberry and large americano - both were in extra large boxes but were extra small - both had wrong ingredients, chicken cranberry had chicken bites and americano had sausage instead of pepperoni. Ordered a large lemonade drink but instead got two small bottles. Absolutely horrible and a waste of money, should’ve just went to domino’s because at least they would have contacted me to notify of change of ingredients and given me the correct size of what I paid for. Horrible service in store when picked up, was not acknowledged for a long time and was not told about the changes to my pizza.
