    Dropped my cats off thinking they would be taken care of came to pick them up and my black cat had a scar across her nose which wasn't there before than my tabby girl had a scar above her right eye which again wasn't there before and when I picked them up I was informed that they didn't eat their wet food for 3 days really really angry also was overcharged as my cats only stayed 6 days which worked out to be $180 i was charged $210

    We have tried a few places now, and these guys have been the best for our wee fellow. He was very happy when I picked him up and didn't require a bath when I got him home. Unlike our previous experience.

    Prejudice over dog breeds. My partner tried to get our 10 month old English Bull Terrier in and they said they don’t take those breeds and couldn’t say why. Said to try Allendale. It surprises me people in the business of caring for animals would have that mindset. No such thing as a bad animal only if everyone thought like that. We lost our sweet rescue English Bulldog last year I would guess he would have been in the same category. I wouldn’t even send our plain old black cat there knowing they think that way about other animals. Extremely disappointing. After reading a few other reviews it appears other people have found this same problem with their Staffys. It should be mentioned on your website that you don’t take certain breeds.

    Gaylene is wonderful and caring. She looked after my son’s dog with a cone on its head after ripping her leg open right before we went on holiday. Our dogs love it here. We highly recommend Fairfield Pet Motels.

    Gaye and the team have been caring our dogs for the better part of ten years. The dogs have always enjoyed going there, have always been well taken care of and happy when we've arrived to collect them. We love our pups and it's never easy leaving them to go away on holiday, however the team at Fairfield Pet Motels make it that little bit easier as we know our pets are in good hands and well taken care of in our absence.

    We've been taking our dogs there for years and I actually started taking my difficult Jake Russell over ten years ago. Our dogs love going there which is the best indication of how they are treated. When our j Russell got terribly I'll one time he was cared for in their home, we were contacted right away, he had a tummy upset which he has had before at home. We feel totally satisfied our boys are in good hands which is very important to us all
