Excellent service would be hard to find a more accommodating host than Jason. Ended up staying over a week for work. My stay has been peaceful and very comfortable.

My partner was flown by helicopter from Queenstown (pregnant) I had to drive from Queenstown late in the evening - with an arrival time of around 11:55pm - owner was amazing.. no credit card - no advance payment - “Let’s sort it out in the morning” - clearly understanding I was stressed and in a hurry it was a wonderful gesture. He txt me the room number and had the curtain open and light on for ease of finding the room in the dark - and even had the heater on and the room was nice and warm. After an incredibly stressful day it was a welcoming environment. Highly recommend 555 and the crew here.. thank you so much
Great rooms on the top floor! Large beds and feels very cozy. Unfortunately it's let down by it's location. Wednesday evening next to a busy road make for a difficult sleep. Located in South Dunedin where the undesirables are all living in all their noisy cars having drag races and trying to find their next fix... Would honestly being stay somewhere else if I'm to visit Dunedin anytime again soon. Other than that - rooms great, nice large bathroom, large beds and house keeping. Also close to multiple food selections.

We were dropping off our kids at Uni & enjoyed our stay at 555 Motel Dunedin. The location was very convenient, not to mention the excellent service & great selection of teas & coffee. Justin was very helpful in providing info on places to visit. We will be back in Dunedin & will definitely prefer to stay at 555 Motel Dunedin.
Lovely self contained room. Very clean, modern and tidy. Lovely and warm at night. Used the conference room as well which was well resourced with tea and coffee, utensils. Plenty of tables and TV used for power point. Nice and airy room. Highly recommend any travelers to Dunedin to stay here, it is well located next to the supermarket and walking distance to other eateries. The owner operator was very hospitable with a lovely sense of humour.
