   Hands down best vets ever. I would travel the world to go to them. I’d never go anywhere else. I’ve been going to them for many years. And never once had a bad experience. I’ve always been treated with kindness and empathy from each and every staff member. I recently had to make the decision to put my baby girl Charlie down. Liz who is based in Winton and cared for us in the after hour emergency in Invercargill was absolutely phenomenal. She had so much empathy and compassion in our very unexpected situation. The staff members helped me choose a pendant to put some of Charlie’s ashes in and went above and beyond to see if they can engrave her paw print on it. You have no idea how much me and my partner truly appreciate all of you in this heartbreaking time. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend!! The best service and every one of the staff is true animal lovers!

   Expensive to go to. Did not fix my cats problem as he said it would clear up or have to do something else greatly it did so. . Checked out everything. Had great customer service by the reception and Vet. Only place you could get into straight away. When your pet is sick Pretty disappointed when you have to wait a week like the other vet places cant leave your pet in pain or discomfort. So Vet south top points for that. I was very pleased you had a appointment and you were pretty welcoming to everyone that came in. Loved the cat stand you could put your cat on so they could keep calm and different spaces I saw for cats and dogs as dogs get pretty excited when they see a cat and cats get pretty scared so top points for that. Also clean and tidy presentable thank you

   Vet South were so kind to my wife, my mum and I when my cat sadly have to be put to rest in the early hours of Monday 19th June 2023. I'd like to thank the team and Vet Doctor Chris for their help with my old girl and helping make the hard decision which was in her best interest. I will continue to be a loyal customer for your clinic with our two other boys in future as you have always been good to us through out the years. Thank you for your service towards my feline friends. I'd also like to thank you for the card and your condolences are much appreciated in this time.
