   What a little gem we found at the last minute. We were welcomed to leave our luggage early in reception and went for a quick meal at the pub, only a few minutes walk up the road. Woolworths is directly across the road, grog shop next to the pub, Chinese restaurant that serve the biggest meals we have ever come across and at a great price and all within such close proximity. Bronwyn's dog does have some mental issues, such as separation anxiety and was stealing her folding off the table to get her attention as she was serving us. All in all, a very funny experience. The unit was clean as a whistle; had everything we needed to relax prior to our flights back home to OZ the following morning. It was toasty warm when we opened the front door, and the bed was heaven with absolutely no noise from the road. Although it was raining when we arrived, when it eventually cleared, the unit was drenched with sun. Whilst we did not drink the milk in the fridge, I can't remember the last time we were given "real" milk for coffee and tea. Wi-fi worked perfectly, and all units are located on the ground floor, making it perfect for us oldies who struggle with stairs. To top it off, the price was so reasonable, we felt guilty, but to make up for it, gave them enough Chinese leftovers for a week of meals. Thanks Bronwyn for having us and the laughs!

   Clean and tidy. Arrived to heat pump going and room nice and warm. My booking didn’t go through and the owners contacted me to check if I still wanted booking . Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again

   5-Star Stay at the Regency Motel From the moment we arrived at the Regency Motel, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who kindly guided us to our room and made us feel right at home. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed—the room was beautifully presented and felt warm and inviting. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, and the shower was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. This was my son’s first time sleeping away from home, and he was thrilled to have his own "new" bed—an experience he absolutely loved. Overall, our stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend the Regency Motel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be returning. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful owners for their outstanding hospitality!

   I saw it as/in passing to go to Salvation Army opportunity shop in Mosgiel. Two opp shops at least here. Wanted a place to stay the night, but could've ventured back home. Drove back after visiting Mosgiel's opp shops. Also getting sushi lunch there. Drove up, met reception, had a look at the room available, asked the price, then said "I'll take it." Later upon my return, I settled in and can report well worth staying. The room reaches my expectations, even the jug was clean, some places jug has rust inside! Thank you to Regency Motels Mosgiel. (In closing, HeHe, I often wonder with these reviews, what it would be like, if the host was to write a review about---ME!? And other guests report of me, same. Maybe Neighbours of my unit might be writing noisy night, as neighbour was snoring, other than that, the resort was superb). Regards Dcuzbromatov.

   Fantastic hosts, nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Handy location to supermarket and shops, restaurants etc. Netflix on the TVs is a bonus also.

   Our room was $240 for accommodation for five people. The host at the front desk was lovely. The heater was already on so it was nice and warm considering the cold environment outside. The towels were folded in a flower shape which was a nice touch. Not only this but the kitchen had a full sized fridge and was stocked with tea and coffee. Netflix was set on the TV adding extra entertainment. The only criticism we had was that our room was set close to the main road which made it fairly noisy.
