   I’m really impressed with Otago Petfoods. Their customer service is honestly amazing , they are super friendly and helpful. Everything was handled so smoothly and with such attention to detail. It really shows how much they value their customers. Huge thanks to Gareth, who looked after everything for me. He was fantastic the whole way through and made the whole process so stress-free. I’m really grateful for the great service and would happily recommend them to everyone.

   Food selection is good and dog loves the product . Usually a frustrating shop though, and be good if some of the systems/admin was up to scratch . Has taken three times to register on the frequent shopper card (online x 1 and twice in person ) and finally showed on system today so have missed out 5 lots of points through purchases. Cant get printed receipts from Mosgiel store as printer broken and new store in town dosnt allow purchase points to be added either . Asked if past receipts from city store could be added on at Mosgiel store which was a no . The person at city store said she gets asked the points question multiple times a day. Click and collect often says no as website isn’t updated so says sold out when it’s not and disparities to what’s listed at city store verses what’s actually there . A lot of wasted trips unfortunately.

   Only just discovered this wee gem today, highly recommend! Great range of frozen and fresh pet food but also loads of awesome treats for your furry and fishy friends. Customer service was lovely and I got 900gms of pet food for $1 more than the supermarket 500gm varieties. I have a very fussy cat and she ate the whole bowl, very happy new customer and supporting local business is always fantastic, thanks team

The staff are super friendly and helpful going out of their way to supply what you ask for and the range of products keeps growing all the time. What an amazing array of raw feeding options. Even in Covid Lockdown the service is phenomenal. Thanks team, you are amazing.
