   Thanks to the team at New Zealand Movers - Candice for making the booking process really easy, and to Caitlin, Josh and Daniel for the seamless pick-up and delivery to the new place. For a local move in Dunedin, I'd highly recommend this team. They were available at a tricky time of year (between Xmas & New Years), arrived on time and worked well together. I'm very grateful for their mahi.

   Our inter-city move with NZ Movers went exceptionally well. Couldn’t fault the work of this great crew led by J-L who was beyond spectacular in performance and was kind and patient and thoughtful to the end. It was a big day for us and the NZ Movers team of J-L and Josh who did truly amazing and committed work throughout the day with no let up in order to get our stuff all into the house in the one day. Josh also went out of his way to efficiently make sure everything that needed to be done was done well. Shane, the day labourer also deserves a positive mention for his noteworthy contribution to this successful day. We are very thankful to our team of 3 and by the end of the day everything had been moved to suitable rooms in the house. We highly, highly recommend NZ movers and especially JL in Dunedin for his strength, determination and kindness over a long day. GREAT JOB DONE. Excellent service. 5 stars well deserved from us! If you have a house move on the horizon, head straight to these guys without hesitation! Love your work, and many, many thanks to the teams in Dunedin and Nelson.

   What an epic team - Caitlin, Greg, Daniel, Tobey and JL. Super polite, introduced themselves and respectful of the fact I work from home. They were understanding and patient with our Shepherd who was yelling at them from the spare room the whole time they were here. Really efficient in the packing and loading with minimal disruption to my day. Thanks so much team, you're a credit to the NZ Movers group.

   DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! We recently relocated from Auckland to Wānaka and had our home contents moved by this company. While we waited to find our new place in Wānaka we had our contents stored in a container at the dunedin branch. We were told it would take a week for our stuff to arrive in Dunedin, so a week after the move we asked if we could come by the dunedin branch to pick up our plants that were relocated (a previously organised arrangement). When we arrived at the Dunedin branch no one could find our container and ALL of our home content was unaccountable. No one in Auckland or Dunedin knew where our stuff was. It was simply missing... Nothing was done to easy our concern and not one single person we spoke to from the company wanted to take responsibility for this. Weeks later they found our stuff in an unlabelled container still in Auckland and told us it was coming to Dunedin ASAP. When we tried again to go pick up our plants (worth over $1,000) we opened up the container to obviously find them all dead, after weeks without care. NZ Movers promised to reimburse us for the damaged pots and dead plants, and would give us a $200 voucher... They never delivered on that promise. I went back to pick up other boxes of things that we needed and upon unpacking them I found damage to important items such as my guitars and appliances. Yet to have the rest of our stuff unpacked and as you can imagine I am very nervous. When you sign a contract to have someone move your stuff and you pay lots of money to do so, it's expected that your prized possessions and all of your home content is well looked after and that the professionals treat you and your stuff with respect. But this is clearly not the standard or expectation adopted by NZ Movers. NZ Movers are the most unprofessional service I've ever had to use and I honestly wouldn't recommend them at all.

   The New Zealand part of my move from Melbourne was subcontracted to New Zealand Movers Dunedin. I found the Shipping Manger in Christchurch excellent to deal with. Overall the team that came to unpack and deliver were cheerful and helpful. They were patient as I ticked off each of the box numbers on my list, and persisted in putting together some of the larger pieces of furniture that they weren’t familiar with. Aside from a couple items which were damaged (out of 250 boxes/items of furniture). I found their work professional and was generally satisfied with them.

My contents were wrapped with all care taken to ensure every item was protected. A great Team of people & an amazing company to deal with.Would use again without hesitation.Storage of my Home was totally explained which reassured me immmensely.

   We have just moved to Queenstown from Brisbane Australia and have to say the help and service we have received from N Z Movers has been phenomenal. The constant care and support has blown us away, the daily updates from Summer Croucher has been brilliant. The organisation of our car being sorted for compliance and clearance, has been so stress free and wonderful. The team who came to deliver and unpack our furniture to the rental property we are in where absolutely fantastic , hard working and so helpful. I would recommend New Zealand Movers and will definitely be using them again when we buy a property here without a doubt. Thank you again New Zealand Movers from Jane and Roger Wright. :)
