“I saw it as/in passing to go to Salvation Army opportunity shop in Mosgiel. Two opp shops at least here. Wanted a place to stay the night, but could've ventured back home. Drove back after visiting Mosgiel's opp shops. Also getting sushi lunch there. Drove up, met reception, had a look at the room available, asked the price, then said "I'll take it." Later upon my return, I settled in and can report well worth staying. The room reaches my expectations, even the jug was clean, some places jug has rust inside! Thank you to Regency Motels Mosgiel. (In closing, HeHe, I often wonder with these reviews, what it would be like, if the host was to write a review about---ME!? And other guests report of me, same. Maybe Neighbours of my unit might be writing noisy night, as neighbour was snoring, other than that, the resort was superb). Regards Dcuzbromatov.”

“It is a great place to stay. I love how Patsy can be contacted anytime and replies so fast. Wootwoot!!! Location is 20minute drive to Dunedin Woolworths in 3-5minute walk BP Gas Station is just across. Bus Stop is just right in front.”

“Perfect fit for following the Otago Rally over the weekend with the grandchild. So great to have the animals for him to feed and spend time each day after watching the Rally car's. We even got a farewell when departing.”

John is so friendly and always would like to show you how to feed the sheep and alpaca. Not far away from Dunedin and we will stay there again if going down. ❤️”

“Our inter-city move with NZ Movers went exceptionally well. Couldn’t fault the work of this great crew led by J-L who was beyond spectacular in performance and was kind and patient and thoughtful to the end. It was a big day for us and the NZ Movers team of J-L and Josh who did truly amazing and committed work throughout the day with no let up in order to get our stuff all into the house in the one day. Josh also went out of his way to efficiently make sure everything that needed to be done was done well. Shane, the day labourer also deserves a positive mention for his noteworthy contribution to this successful day. We are very thankful to our team of 3 and by the end of the day everything had been moved to suitable rooms in the house. We highly, highly recommend NZ movers and especially JL in Dunedin for his strength, determination and kindness over a long day. GREAT JOB DONE. Excellent service. 5 stars well deserved from us! “We only stayed one night, were wishing we had booked for longer! Was a neat tidy unit, heater was on when we got there which was nice......we were late with our arrival and they couldn't have been more understanding. Rural location, really quiet, no light coming into room at night and pet friendly!! Cutest receptionist ever, thank you Mr Darcy. Would happily go back and recommend.”

“The location, the room, the proximity to the main City of Dunedin. We arrived after a long day of travel and when we got into our room, we were so pleased with the cleanliness and the room and the fact that the heating was turned before we entered our room, so as to ensure we had a warm & comfortable room on the chilly night. Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend to anyone visiting Dunedin”

“We have had so much fun here over the years that Animal Ark has been open, my kids love it and it’s it’s been wonderful to bring them somewhere to meet animals outside of our very grumpy old cat. The animals are always in great condition and happily pottering along waiting for some snacks. Owners/staff are really friendly, always explain the rules really simply and clearly to the kids. We’ve made so many cool memories here and I’m really grateful for that.”

“Amazing store, amazing staff Even new staff under training get to know regular customer preferences and in general they way the staff treat you is the best I've seen at any supermarket anywhere. Always clean and tidy and always has an atmosphere of welcome and efficiency. What I like the most is the age range of staff.”

“This is an over-due review; because, we did not find out about B&B Homestay online. We were given their contact information from a friend of theirs who ran a local hotel. We came into town the night of the Pink concert, and there were no rooms available in the town. We called, and Brenda hastily got our accommodations ready while we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant she recommended. Brenda and Bill, thank you for coming to our rescue, providing a comfortable room, a delicious breakfast, and a relaxing soak in your hottub at sunset.
