The staff were super friendly and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable in the store by breaking the ice and sharing information about the brand and his recommendations. “It's a really friendly New World it's a bit further than our local one but we worth the trip. Fresh meats, pies, pastries and great selection of fruit and veggies it also has ready made section that has a fantastic fresh bowl with rice, edamame and chicken.”

“I initially came in for a rental and ended up being served by Alex, who has a wealth of knowledge about skis. He assigned me a pair of skis that suited me for the weekend. Came back today to return them and he was quick to assist further with a pair that I wanted to purchase. I spent a lot of time deliberating - Alex was patient, understanding and advised according to my preferences. I dont think I'll need to rent a pair for myself again, but will definitely recommend Alex and Snow Mania for their customer service.”

After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again.
